Filthy. Noisy. Broken beds. Broken A/C units. Horrible customer service (with the exception of the handsome guy at the front desk who works nights). The only other good thing about this hotel is the parking garage.

The shutter transportation did not exist. No information that is a third patty company and have to be book in a separate add . this was the reason for me to reserve the specific hotel. I was disappointed.
