Great service

The service was great. The staffs were really helpful and instead of trying to sell you tours. The pool was a real treat.

Het hotel was proper en daarmee is al het positieve gezegd. Bij de check-in probeerde het personeel ons meteen op te lichten met een 21% toerisme tax (deze is enkel voor Argentijnse burgers en dat weten ze goed genoeg). Bij het afrekenen van dranken probeerde ze ons steed meer aan te rekenen (hopende dat we niet zouden natellen). Er zijn maar 6 ontbijttafels voor ongeveer 30 kamers. Bovendien is het ontbijtbuffet ondermaats. Er was een probleem met het zwembad waardoor onze badspullen helemaal geel zijn uitgeslaand. We hadden een kamer met zuidelijke ligging in volle Zuid Amerikaanse zomer, op zich geen probleem maar het personeel schakelde constant de airco uit (we hebben de afstandsbediening in de kluis moeten verstoppen). Blijf hier weg, dit hotel is z'n prijs niet waard. Argentinië is een goedkoop land, er zijn veel betere verblijven!

The staff were great and helpful and spoke English. The room was great. No elevator,but the staff cheerfully offered to carry my bag to third floor. Pool looked green but lots of people were swimming in it.

Todo bien... El personal amable.. Poca disponibilidad en el desayuno.. Debería ser un poco más flexible con el horario del desayuno.. Al tener una escursion muy temprano, hemos pedido entrar 5 minutos antes del horario permitido y NO lo permitieron.. Siendo que es un servicio pagado y que no tienen la posibilidad de preparar "para llevar", sería más correcto tener cierta flexibilidad de horarios (tampoco se pide extender de media hora). Por lo demás el servicio, el hotel y el personal ha sido agradable.

Dei der Ankunft spät Abends zu Fuß erschien mir die Gegend zunächst etwas unheimlich, da eher düster und ruhig. Das hat sich dann aber als voreingenommen herusgestellt. Die Gegend ist sicher :-)

Reserve y pague 2 noches pero solo pude usar 1 noche pues el vuelo fue sobre vendido y no pudimos llegar el Viernes 26/7 sino el Sábado 27/7. Ahí hay 1 día pagado que quisiera puedan ayudarme a ver cómo puedo recuperar mi dinero. Fuera de eso, lo único que puedo reclamar es que no funcionaba la calefacción de la habitación y nunca fueron a asistirnos a pesar que lo solicitamos, y el otro tema, es que él área de la cafetería es tan pequeño que habíamos varios hospedados esperando que se desocupe para poder tomar desayuno. Apreciare sus comentarios respecto del día que no use y que estaba pagado

1. The quality service from the personal was poor. We arrived and ask about the bus options that we have to go to Cataratas, the replied that we received it was we need to take a taxi to go and back and the total cost as 3000 pesos. 2. We arrived at 22:00 and the lady on the front desk recommend us to eat on the hotel because all the restaurants were closing already. We asked for the worst fugazeta ever! The pizza arrived not well cooked, the onions were like never cooked and the bread was over toasted. 3.
