Reasonably priced, but neglected, Appart-hotel

We stayed for 4 nights. Slept very well, beds were good and location very quiet. Overall building is 'tired' and needs a refurb badly. Also badly managed - silly things like no soap in the bathrooms but loads of towels, very few cooking items making the kitchen unusable. Swimming pool looked dirty (we decided not to chance it). All things that a little money and better management could easily fix.

État de la chambre déplorable. Prise électriques mal fixé sur les murs. Support de douche rouillé et cassé. Volet roulant sans poignée pour le remonter ou le descendre. Pratiquement pas de vaisselle ou moyen de cuisiner. Seul le lit était confortable mais avec des draps trop petits résultat obligé de remettre le drap housse tout les matins pour pouvoir dormir le soir. Pas de tri des déchets non plus. Je ne recommande pas !

Appartement pour 4 (chambre + canapé lit) au RDC coté parking. Lit vconfortable. Manque d'équipement de cuisine (petite cuillère, ...). La piscine fermée dés le 10 septembre alors qu'il fait encore très bon (26°C). La cours intérieure devrait être mieux entretenue. Elle semble abandonnée, avec des déchets.

De passage dans la région l’hébergement semblait idéal, la réalité beaucoup moins. Unstimmigkeit bei der Abrechnung für einen Aufenthalt von 2 Tagen wurden mir 4 Tage (664 EUR) berechnet. Eine Ausnahme lag nicht vor. Ich bitte um Überprüfung und Korrektur der Abrechnung. Leider war das Hotelpersonal sowie das Management nicht in der Lage, mein Anliegen zu verstehen oder zu lösen. Auch über Expedia konnte keine Klärung erreicht werden. Ich habe somit 664,00 EUR umsonst bezahlt – sehr enttäuschend.

Nous avions réservé pour 3 personnes et nous n’avions pas de couverture ni de coussin pour le 3eme lit, une honte ! Le rouleau de papier toilette était quasi vide et aucun rouleau supplémentaire n’était à disposition. Du basique mais qui est pourtant obligatoire. Et le matin nous l’avions signalé à la réceptionniste qui pour s’excuser nous a tout de même demandé de régler les taxes de séjour !!! Très mauvaise fréquentation de l hotel ! A fuir objectivement
