Great location and facility was generally ok, save for the pungent smell coming from the canal outside the hotel. Perhaps tut-tut frequency could be improved and help guests avoid the smell walking to / fro the BTS station.

I have booked 2 rooms 202 and 404. Very satisfied for room 204 but as room 202 is near guard house, can be noisy. Also the smell from the drainage is unbearable on the walk to BTS Asoke. Need to do something to clear the drainage else a pity.

Amazing Hotel!

This is by far the best hotel in Bangkok. Ample rooms, great location, but among all, the best staff who always walk the extra mile to make one feel at home. I've been in several hotels in Bangkok, but this is by far the best place. Thanks to all its staff for doing an amazing job.

A good place to stay

I stayed for 4 nights in January. The hotel is very nice. The hotel staff is polite and helpful, some had a little trouble with English, but hey, their English is far better than my Thai and it always worked out. The location is good, close to the BTS but far enough from Sukhumvit Road to be quiet. The rooms are very large, the bed is comfortable, a little firm but that's what I have come to expect in Asia. The bathroom has a large tub and separate shower. I have no complaints about anything at this hotel. I will stay here again.

Spacious apartment, value for money

This apartment is very big and comfortable to sleep 3. It come with 2 toilets as well. Few minutes walk to terminal 21 and many convenience stores around.

Comfy and convenient

Overall a very good hotel to stay at. Staff were very polite and helpful, the rooms were huge and furniture used and layout looked pretty "posh" didn't look cheap, just a 3-5 mins walk from Asoke BTS with lots of food shops and convenience stores located just down the road. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. 5 STARS for them!

Great stay!!! Very pleasant and extremely well-equipped and well-maintained accommodation unit! WOW!!! Very prompt, courteous, cheerful and helpful housekeeping, reception desk and security staff. Extremely clean facilities including gym and rooftop swimming pool. Not too close to any other tall building - good. Just a short walk to Asok BTS Skytrain and Sukhumvit MRT Stations which are linked to the very interesting and modern Terminal 21 Mall with a big food court, various other restaurants, eateries, cafes, pharmacies as well as a supermarket besides the other shops. Just across the street, there's Robinsons Department Store with a smaller food court and Tops Supermarket at the basement.Very convenient and a great choice for accommodation in Bangkok!!!Very satisfied!!!

(難点)①室内が全部の灯りを点けても薄暗い(ロマンチックな意味でなく、照度不足②掃除、アメニティ補充はキチンとしてくれるが、乾燥し清潔な筈のフェイスタオルでクサい匂いの時があった③サイズが合って無いソファーとクッション→結局使わなかった→小ソファーに大クッションでバランス悪く使い難い為。④MRTやBTS駅からは遠くは有りませんでしたが、毎日朝晩歩くと結構な距離を感じました。 (いい点)①朝食もレパートリーは限られているが美味しかった②レセプション対応も気持ちいい③10日間stayで洗濯機ある部屋を利用しましたが、物干しセットも準備されており、助かりました→欲を言えば洗濯バサミがいくつかあると更に便利です。
