Outside pool area run down and not kept up. Safe area great location to beach and village with bars and restaurants. Inside was updated nice but the shower head was leaking and ironing board was a piece of crap. The bed probably could use an update.

The property had an amazing location. Unfortunately there were lots of broken/low quality furnishings. Front storm door was broken and didn’t close all the way. The beds were insanely uncomfortable. The wagon for the beach was nice, but the beach chairs were covered in very gross sweat stains. Neighbor rents their unit for $115 a night and it is exactly the same, but better maintained. The pool was warm and in good shape. Overall if you just need a place to stay with good location, this is it. No ocean views but a very short walk to the beach and Siesta key village. If you are looking for comfort and luxury, this isn’t it. Construction in the lot next door during the entire stay but surprisingly wasn’t very loud or distracting. Overall we loved our stay in Siesta Key, but will try to find a more comfortable room next time.

We enjoyed our stay here mainly because of its location. It’s in the village and very close to the beach. When we got there we were delighted that they had a beach wagon, a cooler and two chairs that we could use. The property is older but the rooms are very clean. We had a DVD player so we rented movies from the red box in the village for an evening change up. I would recommend for anyone that wants to have a low key home away from home vacation.

Stayed at this location for 3 nights. Overall it was a decent place. Less than a minute walk to the beach. The daily resort fee included beach chairs to use, beach towels, and free bike rentals to ride around the village. The outside pool on the property elsa clean and never too crowded. Inside the condo first impression was it was cute and clean. Full kitchen stocked with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, paper towels. The issues we had were that the shower didn't drain properly. So by the end of a shower there was 5 inches of standing water and the next person would have to wait 20 minutes before they could take a shower. The AC unit in the condo was located in the bedroom. It kept the bedroom nice and cool, however it did not keep the living room and kitchen area cool. So we spent more time laying in bed watching TV rather than sitting in the living room while inside because it was hot. They have a list of rules for when you leave. Take out all trash to the dumpster, wash all dishes, pile all dirty towels together, which wasn't a huge deal. Other than those 2 issues, we had a good time and would probably stat at another beachside management location in the future.

The condo was great to be so close to the beach. It was very clean and included beach chairs, towels, and umbrella. The only thing I would change would be to include dish soap instead of dishwasher detergent—there is no dishwasher. Also, the AC could be improved. You can’t put it any lower than 90°, and it is located in the bedroom, so if there is someone sleeping on the sleeper sofa, you will need to keep the bedroom door open.

They really missed on the basics. Bed was super creaky. Pillows were so lumpy it felt like you were sleeping in a sack of rags. No one could ever sleep on the terrible pull out couch. The mattress was so thin it was basically non existent. The towels were so rough and hard that the actually caused an abrasion on my nose. The pool was filled with sand and sun tan oil floating on top of water. Lets not forget about the shower. It barely had warm water and everytime we tried to adjust it, it took about 5 minutes to actually change temp and almost scolded my baby at one point.

The property had a perfect location. A short walk to the beach and into the village. The pool was nicely maintained and warm. Our particular unit had a number of issues. The faucet strayed everywhere because a filter was not in place. The fridge leaked a decent size puddle which I had to use our bathroom towels to clean daily, and because there isn't housekeeping, I had to pay to wash our towels daily - which being on vacation where time is precious who wants to spend 2 hours doing unnecessary laundry which was not in the unit, it was located in a common area in the building. ($1 per wash/$1 per dry) Another issue that I felt upset with was my children got scolded for passing a soccer ball, dribbling a basketball and riding their long boards. If you have kids I would look at staying somewhere else.
