Great location in downtown Anchorage that is close to tourists sites that are well within walking distance of only a few miles round trip from the Westmark Hotel. Also close to restaurants, shopping (including a large indoor mall), and the Alaska Railroad.
This is the view from our 14th floor room balcony. I often sat outside enjoying the view and fresh air. The picture definitely doesn’t have the same impact as actually being there. It’s looking west towards the Cook Inlet.
