Needs a Refresh

The location is perfect but the noise level above the restaurant was very loud. The lighting was poor and bedside lamps were malfunctioning. It needs a refresh in aesthetics. We loved the area and the restaurant was great for dinner.

Clean and good location. Windows had no soundproofing at all. Hear the restaurant below until 1 am or so every night. Very hard to sleep. Bring your own soap and shampoo as the room does not provide

This is a budget end accommodation but it has character and location even if it has no lift (73 and 78 and we managed the stairs). Breakfast and Resto dinner al fresco right outside in the narrow Ulića Śiroka. Everything was clean, towels were soft, street noise in the evening is perfectly understandable for being right in the centre and just as atmospheric as the church bells. Maybe suggest checking the hot water temperature which is very high. Otherwise, we have been so pleased.

Paha homeinen huone, ilman näköalaa.

Ainut hyvä tässä huoneessa oli sijainti. Henkilökunta myös ystävällinen. Mutta huoneessa oli likainen lattia, suihkun seinissä oli paljon hometta. Huone haisi pahasti homeelta. Myös vaatteet haisi homeelta vierailun jälkeen. Huoneen kuvauksen "kaupunki näköala" voi katsoa kuvista.

La situación es inmejorable pero no hubo limpieza en los 7 días que estuvimos,no se recogió la basura ni se limpió el estudio,no cambiaron las toallas ni sábanas hasta que se lo pedíimos insistiendo,no repusieron champú ni gel,ni papel higiénico,se lo tuvimos que pedir tb.Es la primera vez en nuestras vidas que nos ha ocurrido esto.

Location was perfect and check-in was easy and straightforward. Room was clean. Modification of reservation didn’t work thru hotels.com, but Rooms Tezoro customer service made it happen. Street noise didn’t bother. 9/10

The location of the hotel was excellent. It is in the middle of Old Town. The reason it got three stars was the bathroom had a foul odor like sewer. Even though it is near restaurants the noise was not overwhelming.

Nice location but too noisy

The apartment was in a great location in the Old Town. It’s a 5min walk from the taxi rank. Lots of nice sites, restaurants and drinking holes in the immediate vicinity. The restaurant offers 20% off for guests as well. The AC was a bit temperamental and the shower ran out of hot water quickly. The major downside to the apartment was the street noise. The windows were single glazed and it didn’t get quiet until around midnight and then from 4.30/5am onwards you could hear all the deliveries coming into restaurants and trolleys of bottles being wheeled around. Ear plugs did nothing to block out the noise so it was 4 pretty rubbish night sleeps and on the basis of the noise pollution I wouldn’t recommend it.

This is rooms converted in a apartment. Not really big for a double bed. They do not provide any water or coffee making facilities. This is part of a Restaurant across the ally. The food is not terrible.
