Stayed in 1902. Beautiful condo! Enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning while drinking my coffee. Loved getting 2 beach chairs and umbrella as part of the package. Will stay here again!!

Stayed in 1902 and it was very clean with an awesome view. Very nice condo facility with great parking for that unit. The facility is not new but well maintained for the amount of use it has had. Would definitely go again.

The balcony’s are huge and very private, the views are incredible! This condo was fantastic, I would recommend replacing the throw rugs. The floor could have been a little cleaner, our white socks were black on the bottom.

We had a wonderful stay. I was impressed with the communication with the property manager. They delivered all of the information we needed with perfect timing. The beach was beautiful and easily accessible, staff were very accommodating and friendly. The parking underneath the building is limited but we were able to find a space ~80% of the time. When the basement lots were full, we parked in the garage across the street. Elevators were dated and very stuffy but we heard that they are being replaced with new ones soon. The room was spacious and we really enjoyed the large balcony. Thanks for the great stay.

Very nice place, can't wait to come back.

Condo was very clean, strange smell normally early morning, believe it was coming from side load washer, which we did not use. Other than that it was excellent. Beautiful views from the room. Will return.

Had to walk across the street to get to condo because walkway was being worked on, that wasn’t mentioned when booking. Parking wasn’t great, elevators were small, and crowded but seemed to work ok. Condo had a weird sewer smell while there. I had to go buy blankets because the second bedroom didn’t have quilts on the beds. Condo didn’t provide beach chairs with our rental and the men who set the chairs up was rude they would sit them right up against where you was at. Even if no one was renting them and you had your stuff their first. We vacation at pcb a lot and have stayed many places. I waited last minute and booked here instead of going to our usual areas, I know it’s a lot to prepare these places for guest but for the price you pay for a week I would expect a more comfortable stay.

The only pro that I can come up with for this "resort" is the proximity to the beach. Once you get off of the elevator on the ground floor, you are close to the sand. The cons, however, are endless. The room smelled horrible upon arrival. We went and purchased air fresheners. The secondary bathroom did not work; there was no water in the sink, and the toilet would not flush. After messaging the owner, we had a plumber in the room once, maintenance in the room twice, and housekeeping once. The washing machine smelled like a sewer. The shower curtains needed to be replaced as they were covered in mildew. Water barely drains in the showers. The staff at the pool are very rudley strict with the wristbands which are hard plastic and cut you. If I were to sneak into a "resort" pool, this is not the pool I would sneak into as it is not nice. The sauna was not operational and closed. The parking garage is tight and difficult.

Everything was nice. Nice double pool with jacuzzi then walk straight to beach. Elevators did not take long. Plenty of carts available for loading/unloading. Easy check-in and convenience with app.

I love that the balcony was big enough for all 4 adults to relax and enjoy the view together. I was disappointed that the door code didn't work and we gad to call to get it fixed. The gentleman that helped me was very pleasant and fixed the problem immediately.

Room was cleaned and excellent location. Need to improve on communication after booking room perticularly for last minute booking. Office was closed and no mention communication number. Similar issue for check out too. No communication or email about confirmation.

On Arrival we had to go to several locations to check in. The office to get the parking pass was never open. On Sunday half of the lights in the unit went out along with the water, so no showers and a 5.5 hour ride ahead. The elevator was not working. My husband is disabled and has trouble walking, along with my sister on post back surgery. Noone was around to respond, including the property management company. The unit was very nice except our last day.

The property was awesome. The pools and hottub were great. Gas grills for your use, which we used two times. Had a few issues with the actual condo we had. We were on the 12th floor, so we had a great view. The balcony is huge. Overall, it was great. We will be going back to the Emerald Isle next year.

The property is well maintained and clean. Check-in was easy and the staff was helpful. Balcony was fully furnished with a nice table , chairs, and 2 loungers. Would definitely go back!

Wonderful stay in a home away from home

It was our 1st time staying in a condo. We loved that the grounds, pool n other amenities we're exclusive. We will definitely be staying again.

Good hotel

The hotel and the view was really nice. However check in was difficult as they don't keep someone in the office if you need things. They just have security guards working. We didn't get what we rented technically we rented a 2 bedroom condo with queen beds and received one room worth a king and one with small twin beds. View was amazing. Wifi was awful we couldn't get it to stay in for anything.
