The room was excellent, the location was nice-beach close -10 minute walk. Quiet in the evenings. Front desk staff could be more welcoming. Not many restaurants in walking distance. But domicillios are abundant-and quick. It was a great stay!

The building needs some maintenance, and there are a lot of mosquitoes in the pool. However, all the staff, including Mr. Victor in the restaurant, were very kind, friendly, and very cordial to me and my family. I recommend this hotel for a trip to Santa Marta, Colombia. Thank you very much.

There are two ACs in the apartment. One 8n the main bedroom and second in tha living room, shared are with the second bedroom. This causes the second bedroom to not be cold enough. Pool said it opened at 10 am. But opened at 11. With an 12 am checkout, that is useless. Besides that, all good.

Among all the fancy hotels I stayed even over 200 a day…this one had the best room and great all around. The only thing that sucked was checking in at front desk and then checking in at 4th fl. However he said this is changing

I really like the building is very clean quiet, the staff was very nice, just be aware is located in Rodadero south means is far from the beach and the rodadero taxi is needed to go there. The other thing is the wifi goes in and out.

Nice place - nice people

I arrived in Santa Marta at 8am on a Sundy morning and they did not answer the phone. However within 45 mins they responded to my email and allowed me to have an early check in at 10am. The people are nice - the views are spectacular - the breakfast is good and the coffee great - I stayed there again and would recommend this place for the price

I booked this stay for my mom’s and aunties vacation. They were thrilled about the warmth of the staff members, the location, the breakfast ( super delicious and affordable ), the cleanliness of the place, their pool, the service… basically everything! New and Huge Apaertment. The staff was helpful and nice. We checked out and went on a tour on the same day. Staff gave us towels, soap and shampoo when we arrived back on the tour. What i did like was restaurent was expensive and pool was cold. there was not too much things in walkable distance. The distance might have been a good thing since it was quiet.

Good place to stay, clean and comfortable. negative points: they wanted to charge taxes even though I have a foreign passport, I had to pay for bracelets that should have been included with the reservation, air conditioner is either too cold or too warm as there is no way to set the air flow low/high. it was always high. Check in took over an hour. We were 6 couples and booked 6 rooms and they tried to put us 2 couples to a room and they tried to overcharge us. We asked for 2nd keys to our rooms and couldn’t get them. Air only stays on with a key. There was 2 elevators but one was closed off. Breakfast was ok. Rooms were good size and clean. View was awesome- pool was good.

Nice, well-kept rooms, HOWEVER, deficient in things such as hot water (water was not even warm), Internet was extremely weak and only useful in certain areas. We reserved the jacuzzi and it wasn’t working when we got there. We reported the problems and they said they were going to send someone over to fix it, but never did. Kitchen staff was friendly and kind. Food was good.

This property is located in the outserts of Rodadero. No stores are walkable. There is a fee for everything. Paid by separate entities. Front desk fees, restaurant fees, property management fees. Was very confusing. TV’s and internet never worked.

They did not provide us with blankets or towels for the room ( only pool towels upon check-in) The hotel seemed a little run down, the dining area was not great, items we asked for from menu they did not have. Bedroom sink started leaking when brushing my teeth and made a huge puddle.

Breakfast was not buffet so you are limited on the amount of break fast you can eat. You are just served a breakfast of scrambled eggs with maybe an arepa and that’s it. The breakfast cereal was finished and I asked the guy if there was more cereal and he said no. I found that hard to believe as cereal is served every morning….there must have need some cereal left over in their kitchen!!!

I booked a 6 people apartment, and when we arrived they asked me for extra money to allow us to check in early. We declined and went to explore the area. When we returned to the place, they asked me for more money again, to allow us (6people) to stay in the apartment. They claimed that since the reservation was on my name, they PREPARED the apartment for me only. We ended up leaving this place and renting another place that was cheaper than what they were asking me extra, to spend the night. Because they couldn’t take more money from me to check in earlier, they attempted to get more money when we returned to check in. It was a false advertisement and I do not recommend this place.
