A good place to stay when you visit Fuenlabrada

We had a great time at your hotel. We found the facility modern, clean, and well maintained. The staff was professional, friendly and attended to all our needs. The breakfast facility was well stocked with a wide variety of breakfast food offerings, where everything was hot, and flavorful.

We stayed here for 2 nights, whilst on a road trip, primarily to visit Madrid. The check in was done quick by the pleasant staff. The room, 812, was very clean with a comfortable bed but very poor WiFi. To get a good signal you needed to stand by the door!! Parking was free which was a great bonus and breakfast at 9€ was very good with hit and cold choices - even though the bacon was cold. The hotel is adjacent to a shopping mall and also Fuenlabrada Central station for links to the city centre

I liked the location, next to a mall and nice restaurants, but the experience was horrible. The hotel, at least the 4th floor smells of tobacco smoke, one of the most disgusting smells I’ve experienced at a hotel before. The windows to the hotel rooms open very wide, so people smoke out of the window from their rooms, it was impossible to avoid the smell even though I complained to the reception several times. The climate control in the room did not work. I did not find their hotel was in good repair the carpet needs to be replaced and there was woodwork damage and some walls need to be repainted, it didn’t look good. I found the wifi to be poor. No coffee in the hotel room, a first for me in Europe. They had several elevators but only one seemed to be working, and there was often many people waiting to use the elevator, the keys also needed be to reset almost every time I tried to get into my room. They said it was because of my phone but I never had the key near my phone. I do not recommend staying here.

Kaos ved morgenbordet

Hotellet er ganske nydeligt, og vi havde en fremragende udsigt ud over Madrid fra vores værelse. Parkering fungerede upåklageligt. Der var dog kaos ved morgenbordet, og det var svært at få fat i en tallerken, bestik og lignende. Morgenmaden blev spist af en serviet.

La manzana podrida

A mi llegada comenté que por ser socio gold de hoteles.com, sabía que podía acceder, si había disponibilidad, a un ascenso de habitación. La persona que me atendía indicó al que parecía el gerente en turno, acerca de mi solicitud. La actitud de este último, durante mi conversación con él, fue francamente desagardable. Primero me indicó que mi reserva no era a través de hoteles.com, porque ellos no tenían convenio con la firma y que entonces no había una promoción así para mi. La respuesta no incomoda, porque se entiende que es solo bajo disponibilidad, pero la actitud fue soberbia y altanera, cero empática y ni siquiera volteando a ver a la cara, como si lo que solicitara fuera alguna caridad. El resto de la atención, servicio y productos del hotel son extraordinarios, pero la actitud de este señor, invita a no regresar jamás.
