    Stay away from that place. It is not what they pos

    We left the hotel 3 nights earlier, we couldn't checked out, because nobody was there. We will never step foot into that place. Place looks terrible and far from the city. Only one restaurant that we can walk to. Thank God we were able to find another clean, nice hotel in the city. We asked about refund for the remaining days, we were dinied.

    Le réceptionniste a bien pris le temps de nous contacter pour les arrivées tardives ce qui est un bon point. Mais le reste... Travaux dans la rue qui empêche l'accès à l'hôtel, aucune indication, parking plein de déchets, couloirs avec sous vêtements et jouets d'enfants, bruyant, entre la musique et les personnes qui crient dans les couloirs. Le canapé n'était pas clic clac comme décrit mais en gigogne, peu pratique, la tête de lit du double lit qui bouge.... Bref. Point positif, la propreté de la pièce principale.

    Photos mensongères tout est sale, le canapé lit est couvert de taches écœurantes, ne vaut mieux pas regarder sous le lit, les draps sont tachés. Des araignées dans les chambres ! Le parquet colle et les murs sont sales! Pas de réception après 19h00 ni avant 9h00! Nous n avions pas de papier toilettes seul les serviettes semblait être propre! À fuir réellement !

    Cet appart hôtel est aussi utilisé pour accueillir des "personnes ou familles en difficulté". Vraiment pas sympa de mettre de jolies photos dans l'annonce puis découvrir le pot aux roses quand on arrive: abords jonché de déchets. Bruits incessants et j'en passe... Vous ne dormirez pas bien du tout. Chauffage HS Miroir cassé, vasque abimé, sanitaire abimé, lampes de lecture HS... Je suggère à la direction de faire un choix: Clients payants OU accueil de personnes en précarité car la cohabitation est juste insupportable.

    Les photos datent de plusieurs années. Le parking n'est pas du tout fermé et ressemble plutôt à une poubelle. Tous les communs sont fermés. L'accueil n'est ouvert que quelques heures... On est bien loin des descriptions sur le site !

    Ein Stern ist zuviel. Unterkunft absolut runtergekommen und dreckig. Waschbecken und Badewanne waren kaputt, Schrank ist dieser Kochecke hing... Zimmer waren auch nicht sonderlich sauber. Lediglich das Bett was sauber, aber hart, wie ein Brett. Ich denke, dass da Menschen dauernd und gemeldet drin leben, da einige morgens Post bekommen und abgeholt haben. Meines Erachtens nach wird das Objekt teilweise als Flüchtlingsunterkunft genutzt. Was ja nicht schlimm ist. Nur sollte der Betreiber sich entweder für das ein oder andere entscheiden. Beides funktioniert auf Dauer nicht. Und die Unterkunft, egal für welche Zielgruppe, müsste komplett saniert werden.
