Amazing views, amazing property, and kind and friendly staff! I have no complaints and would definitely stay here again. With friends or family. Its location is perfect, a short walk to the beach/restaurants/store and an even shorter walk to the famous Cave Rave/Bar. Thank you for making our stay a 10/10 experience!

Everything was so perfect I can’t find the words to describe completely. The hotel and surroundings are exquisite. The service impeccable and the food and drinks delicioso. I wish I could have stayed longer.

A little bit old of the apartment, but overall is great. The place is clean. Staffs are nice, location is very good. Small Town and nice people, I do love this town very much. You will feel safe and no worry about your property. This is big difference to Barcelona, so many thief there.

A nicely designed complex around a pool area. Friendly staff. Good terraces and balconies. Some interior fixtures getting a little tired, and the chemical fragrance of cleaning agents usedin the units was very strong.

Raw Sewage Smell

Terrible smell of raw sewage from the bathroom, reported to reception, they didn't do anything about it... Chased them and then they sent a cleaner who squirted some bleach down the drains. Reported this again to the receptionist who offered us some breakfast and refused to move us (possibly fully booked). Was refunded the cost of a meal however after paying nearly £650 for this stay it in no way compensated us for the discomfort of sleeping in an apartment that stank of sewage.

Nothing it was very very basic. Smelled really bad never looked like pictures not accessible with anyone with young children on a hill and contained very steep stairs made of tiles that you have to walk up to go down not well designed. Also the stairs are constantly wet from people getting out of the pool where we saw many young children slip and hurt themselves. Hung out swim wear to dry and it was stolen this happened to a number of other guest . Real mixture of guest from groups of young people , family’s and those of retirement age. Why you would go here as a group of young people is beside me there is nothing around here?

Family stay.

There was lots of great points about this property. The outside area & pool is lovely, and there is a lovely chilled atmosphere… no rushing for sunbeds and being able to use the pool well into the evening is amazing! the food onsite is good and the staff are friendly. It’s also in walking distance of one of the most beautiful beaches. However despite all that I wouldn’t recommend or return. The main reason is that there is no staff onsite from midnight til around 8am, resulting in groups of people using the pool area in the very early hours of the morning usually on their return from a night out , bombing in the pool and being very loud. Which isn’t great when you have young children. The hotel is in walking distance of the only club in the area, making it quite popular with groups of young adults. The rooms are quite dingy and are in need of a clean up and makeover and not very comfortable. There is only one air con unit, making the bedrooms quite warm. Anyone can use the pool and locals do, so maybe stay nearby in a nicer, quieter place and come to use the pool?! That’s what I would do next time!

This resort gives you nothing but vacation vibes. Rooms are centered around their beautiful pool, offering many lounge chairs for sunbathing. We observed many couples and families enjoy the amenities this resort has to offer. Our room was a self catering unit with a quaint balcony and a view of the ocean. The layout of the space is very functional and the airconditioning was a lifesaver on hot days. Basic amenities were provided, so no need to pack any. The resort felt safe which is always something we look for when traveling to an unknown destination. Various restaurants and the beach is within walking distance. Just make sure to pack comfortable walking shoes and sunscreen as there is so much to see. You can ask the hospitality team for a beach umbrella which they'll happily offer. We were able to keep ours for the duration of our stay and returned it on our last day. We visited the restaurant one night after a night on the town for a nightcap. Live entertainment was provided and the artist was phenomenal. The Aparthotel Nelva Resort is situated literally around the corner from Club Menorca which offers a spectacular view of this stunning Balearic island. Cala'n Porter is one of the best places to stay when visiting Menorca. We are so happy to have found Aparthotel Nelva Resort.
