It’s a great place to relax. It’s near the historical area and within walking distance to malls. There few guests and makes this place great to get away from the hustle and bustle.

Noisy

Stayed two nights. At 2:00 a.m. on the second night, some people came in who were talking loudly. As far as I know, the hotel employee did not do anything to quiet them down. He was talking loudly also. The front desk is near my room. After 15 minutes, someone from another room opened their door and told the people to be quiet.

Closer to all popular places

Closer to all amenities.. only few minutes of walking to Joker street and to all other places. Breakfast needs to be improved and not much varieties. Hotel is designed in a unique style and I loved it. Room which I stayed was very small and I feel that it’s not worth for the money I paid (may be due to peak season).

I love this style

Very good hotel for young couples. Quite and safe. Friendly staff! But the breakfast is not good. Hope can improve the breakfast

IG Worthy but Not Condusive

The place was amazing as in the room and the jaccuzzi in the room was great but when you are travelling with a baby, there isnt any fridge and there isnt any phone in the room which I feel is a basic necessity. We had to use our own mobile phone or go down to the reception to get our queries done and order food for our room. They do not have a kitchen hence ordering food was through their Jonker Wing hotel and since it was raining, delivery was stopped and hence no room service for food. Though it is near to the Jonker Street area, it was still a walking distance when you are traveling with a baby. Probably you may want to consider the phone and the fridge. If we were to get our own food, we could at least keep it inside instead of using the shared fridge at the main lobby area.

Good Location, Great Vibes

Hotel is close to the city center, a few minutes walk to the iconic Jonker street and Dataran pahlawan megamall. The amenities and atmosphere is well maintained and laid back. My family and I really enjoyed our stay!

Nice hidden hotel!

The hotel is nice and cosy. Just that there is no signboard on the main road to show direction and driver can easily overshot the turn to the hotel. Otherwise good location which is just 5min walk to the jonker walk and a nice swimming pool to cool off after a hot day!

Nice environment.

Not far from the quayside area and jonker walk. less than 10 mins. Very walkable. However, no private parking lots. Streets parking. So its very limited parking area near the hotel. Might have to park slightly further. Not too bad. Luxury backpacking hotel. Love the deco in the hotel. Overall, had a pleasant and great experience. I will visit again! They opened another rucksack nearer to the jonker, but parking would be a nightmare. Garden wings would be a better option for driver.

Good Location; limited parking.

For this stay, i had 2 "Deluxe Caravan" booked. I was also told thatthe Garden Wing is fully booked that weekend. While the rooms and setting are unique, each Caravan has its theme. However, i personally could not come to terms as it is at the lobby and dining area. At 8am, the music and dining starts, disrupting my sleep. There are also limited dining space for the breakfast group.
