Great place, lovely flat and location. Only 2 tiny thing the Wi-Fi in room 21 didn’t work so we used room 20s Wi-Fi, and the underside of the toilet seat looked like it could do with a clean but otherwise great

Great location just a short walk to Old Town

Great location just a short walk into Tallinn Old Town. Parking available behind the apartment block - book in advance through MyApartments. The room itself was comfortable and spacious with a small kitchen and even a washing machine (the smallest one I’ve ever seen, but we still managed to wash and dry several loads of clothes over our 3N stay). We would definitely stay here again!!

This place was quiet, clean and cozy. We had everything to stay and feel comfortable. The grocery store in Solaris shopping center is at walking distance. I strongly recommend this place to anybody who would like to stay in the center of the city and be close to Old Town as well.

Very convenient location, less than 10 minutes to the lower town. Grocery at the corner. Notification on check in came later in day which was a little concerning but all was fine with our after hours check in.

best apartment hotel experience.

This is the best apartment hotel experience in the Baltics. Rooms are specious, with good sturdy beds(unlike other places with featherweight ikea beds). The soundproofing is also good - i didnt hear other people in their rooms. Facilities are new and nice, has an elevator, checkin/checkout seemless. Have to mention that the checkout time is also noon - a luxury when most places kick you out by 10am.

The room is bright. Will provide a few teabags and instant coffee sticks, shower gel and shampoo supplied. Small kitchen well equipped. Have washing machine and dryer. Close to Solaris shopping mall and supermarket.

Great location and very clean

Lovely property, friendly owner. Didn't get the entrance instructions so was a little worried as we had no response but the lady answered the phone when we arrived at 17:55. Lovely property, very clean. Only negative was that we could not use the table and chairs whilst the sofa bed was out, but it didn't affect us much. Weird thing where Hotels.com claimed i had paid but i could not find the transaction so paid again! But the lady was very patient and understanding. Great value and really good location - two coffee shops across the road and just a short walk to the Old Town. The bus to the airport leaves from Solaris shopping centre, which was just next door and had a lovely supermarket on the lower level.

There was too much noice from 7 o’clock in the morning and the whole day and evening from some renovating work we not got informed about. So over all did we not got enough sleep

Great but problems with noise.

Very clean, very helpful staff. Spacious room. Towels swapped and rubbish emptied each day. Very near to old town, supermarket, shops, public transportation, and airport. Rooms need soundproofing. When upstairs walk around it sounds like they were hitting the ceiling with a sledgehammer. Very difficult to get a good nights sleep. At times it sounded like the neighbours were having a party in the stairwell.

We did not receive an email with the code to the front door, perhaps because we were arriving during reception hours. However, we had to wait outside for a while as the reception was engaged. It would be good if the code was sent to all regardless of check in time. Other than that, everything was fine. We were able to check in early and the apartment was very spacious even when the sofa bed was used. There was a nice big balcony which i imagined would be nice if we stayed longer. Note that the toilet only had a bath tub and not separate shower which could be a little high to climb into for people who are less mobile. The washing machine was a little small and took a long time (approx 2.5 hrs for a wash). There was also no dryer but a clothes rack was provided so do note if you intend to use it. Location wise, it was a short 5 to 10min walk to the old town and there was a mall with supermarket right ahead. The bolt to the airport only cost €7.10 which is a much cheaper fare than most European cities we've been to

立地は高得点！

フロントの方も親切で好感が持てました。アパートメントにもかかわらず、７泊の滞在でごみ等を２泊目以降毎日収集に来てくれました。部屋がもう少し広かったらいいな～とは思いましたが、立地も旧市街、ショッピングセンターも近くにあってとても便利でした。wifiも無料でつながりました。隣の部屋が夜中までうるさくて閉口しましたが、夜はフロントが常駐していないので耳栓でしのぎました。
