Walls are thin and you can hear the conversations in the apartment room. Everything is just pretty standard just the basics required. Overall it’s an average 3 star stay with more than enough comfort. Did not use the WiFi so can’t rate that. Bring your entertainment, TV are basic with Polish TV channels

3 of us stayed for two nights. The first night we arrived gone midnight and had instructions to access our room key from a key safe. The room was clean, bathroom a little smelly presumably from drains. Only 3 bath towels, no hand towels too. We had to go to reception to ask for a hairdryer, useful to know that's what you need to do. Sofabed was a little hard, but generally expected from a sofabed. Main bed mattress was comfy. We really only used the room to sleep & wash in, as we had such a short stay and it was perfectly adequate for that.

AVOID - Scam, dirty property falling apart that bears no resemblance to the advertised pictures or contents. Disastrous stay - our first room was nowhere near what was advertised on Expedia or in the pictures. Old, tired furniture and a dirty room missing many basic items listed in the description. The 'kitchen' was not suitable for making anything, we had a single set of cutlery to share and two tiny, dirty pans. The shower was missing a door, which meant it could not be used without flooding the bathroom. We were given a replacement room, this was no better with the same quality and many basic items missing. This room had ANTS CRAWLING FROM THE FLOORBOARDS UNDER THE BED. Even the corridors of the building are partly lit with faulty lights, overall the ambience is somewhere between a YMCA hostel and a 1980s hospital. We gave up and checked out first thing the next morning, the hotel made us complain in writing and would get back to us, after weeks of chasing still no refund. Disaster / scam / avoid at all costs. For context I visit Wroclaw approx. 5 times a year and have staid in most of the main hotels in town. This is the only hotel I have had this issue with in the entire time, there are so many better places to stay - AVOID!

Excellent location

The location is superb for city centre sightseeing and eating. Very clean, open all hours with manned desk. Only one drawback - there is no luggage room to leave lluggage at beginning or end of stay

Shocking customer service!

Fantastic location, spotlessly clean and amenities good...although a microwave would be a useful addition. But the service here is shocking. Booked a family room but had to ring down for bedding...at the cost of my phone bill as no phone in apartment, said she didn’t understand why I needed more bedding other than what was on the bed. I had to explain the sofa doubled as a bed and I would require bedding for it, I actually had to list each item of bedding I wanted...but still only received a duvet, no sheet or pillows. This apartment advertises free WiFi! No it does not! We stayed here 3 days and rang/spoke to reception 4 times stating the WiFi username and password did not reach our apartment, we were told by 3 different members of staff that they would deal with it, but nothing. And to make things worse the majority of the tv channels needed WiFi too. Although I didn’t visit Wroclaw to use phones and iPads o would never have booked a hotel/apartment without WiFi especially when travelling with young children that like to use their devices at the end of the day. What was a reasonably priced apartment turned out being expensive due to phone calls to reception and cost of data on devices!
