Overall a pleasant stay but air conditioning faulty so very hot in the evening so not great for a good nights sleep. Bathroom shower complete rubbish, old and in need of complete refurb.

No WI-FI in the room , TV with only greek channels, nothing around the hotel except 1 restaurant. We paid for ocean view but the weather in the room was +/- 30 celsius with no clim. We changed the room with no refund a excuses. For the beach we had to pay for chair. The food was terrible and boring. The barman refused to give ice cubes for the room with nasty attitude. Every thing in this hotel is old an outdated. We felt not wecomed by the staff except the young imigrants people that's the only good point. I don't recommand this hotel the quality is to poor.

Arrived at apartment to be told that they had over booked I booked well in advance,we were taken to another hotel which was appalling it had cockroaches in the cupboards we were told we had to stay for three days till a room was available on the Wednesday I am very disappointed about this and I am looking for some sort of compensation for the three days we were not in the apartments that we booked.
This was the hotel we had to stay in for three days which was very small

Great location

Great location next to the beach, cheap and cheerful. Very dated decor bit it was clean and tidy. Staff are friendly. However, on arrival i was told that there was no room available for that night so i was taken to a villa 5km away to stay while a room became available. Not ideal.

Run down and dirty , smelly leaking drain outside our patio door , tv not working and nothing done about it despite complaints to the management , all in all very disappointing and would not recommend

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in I can't actually believe you have this on your website Manager is the rudest most horrible individual I booked 16 rooms for a work event and she must of screamed at most of us. I will be taking my complaints further

We knew exactly where this apartment hotel was. Its location is right over looking the beach just perfect for us. We did read the hotel needed updating We booked a one bedroom apartment and paid extra for a sea view, which was beautiful. The apartment was big, very clean but needs an update. We had a very comfortable 6’ wide bed. The staff are all lovely people, very courteous and friendly. The hotel is very clean. The only downside was having to pay €40 to use the safe in our room. Felt this was excessive. We have never paid to use the safe in an hotel before. We wish the reception staff could smile a bit more and be more friendly. However we are hoping to return next year.

Filthy, damaged and dangerous

You’ve had several phone calls and communications from me explaining that due to the appalling condition of the rooms we were unable to stay in the hotel. We booked into another hotel and stayed in that hotel for the whole duration of the holiday. You were unable to secure a refund and apart from speaking to the night porter you did nothing to help. Very disappointing customer service in your part.
Black mould on the shower head and in between all tiles.
Filthy taps on the bath and sink.
Sofa bed breaks when you sit on it!

Our room smelled musty (we had to sleep with the door open to breathe!), it was dirty and run down. It reminded me of student hostels in Eastern Europe, where we stayed during a class trip in elementary school in 1998. We could switch rooms after 2 days, our 2nd room was ok, but the 1st one basically ruined our mood for the whole stay. I don’t understand how they still operate and have the nerve to sell these rooms for this price. Beach is ok, but water is not clear and is crowded with old people. Everything is very overpriced, but bad quality. You constantly feel ripped off.

Worst experience booking a hotel ever

Worst experience. Firstly full payment was taken out my account with out my permission because I added on a extra day stay. Was meant to pay on arrival. Lost my bank card 2 weeks before travelling but got a new one in time. Turned up with my 6 year old son and refused check in because they needed to see my old payment card even though I'd payed.after 3 hours trying to find a phone number or someone from hotel.com for help was impossible. After raised voices with hotel manager made my son cry. I was then forced to pay for the full stay in hotel again on my new card with our spending money then waited 3 day's for a refund. 3 days no money, no help, from hotel or hotel. Com. The room was the furthest away, 6 flight of stairs the lift was broken. The room was so bad condition I almost walked back out . Paint flakes whole balcony, broken bath, holes in walls, stained bedding that was so worn and old , cooked lid broken, fridge no door shelves missing freezer door, dirty room. Looked at other people's rooms and ours was so bad it looked. Like a different hotel. Purely stayed so my son didn't cry again. No phone number to speak to hotel.com. virtual assistant had no options for help with this subject. Live chat resolved nothing at all.

Vue balcon sublime

Non avons prit la chambre vue mer et piscine avec balcon. Grandes baies vitrées. C'est magique. Le personnel de l'hôtel est particulièrement agréable et serviable. Le mini market de l'hôtel ouvert 24h/24 est vraiment pratique. Seul bémol, les équipements des chambres mériteraient vraiment un coup de rénovation : vieux bac à douche traditionnel pas pratique, vieux rideau de douche, pomme de douche en sal etat... Pas de champoin ni gel douche. C'est vraiment dommage car cette hotel à tout pour être parfait. Malgré cela je recommande Vivement nous y avions passés un excellent séjour.

bon enplacement mais peut mieux faire

l'hotel n'avait plus les chambres (studios) qui correspondaient à notre réservation, et il a fallut se battre pour avoir quelque chose de mieux (et non des chambres moins bien) que ce que l'on avait réservé. Nous avions réservés deux studios avec vue mer, pour une famille et une personne seule, et ils voulaient tous nous mettre dans le même appart. Au final, ils ont mis la famille dans le grand appart qu'ils nous proposaient au début, mais ont essayé de mettre la personne seule dans un studio bruyant qui ne correspondait pas à la réservation: deux lits jumeaux au lieu d'un grand lit, avec une salle de bain infestée de fourmis, et pleine de moisissure. En plus, ce studio était très bruyant car à côté des toilettes de la piscine - ils ont proposé un studio grand lit avec vue parking, et il a fallu demander à parler au manager pour enfin avoir quelque chose qui correpondait à la réservation. Les buffets du soir et matin sont OK pour le prix, mais rien de magnifique. Par contre faire payer le buffet du petit déjeuner aux enfants de 3 ans qui ne mangent pas c'est un peu abusé. La piscine est bien, mais les employés font les traitements chimiques à 8h30 le matin, lorsque la piscine ouvre à 9h (mais est accessible en fait en continu) - donc il n'y a pas d'information sur les traitements en cours (ce qui n'est pas top lorsque l'on a des enfants en bas-âge). La plage privée de l'hôtel est payante - ce qui n'est pas précisé sur le site.
