Fantastic stay. We are current Titanium and lifetime Platinum Bonvoy members and typically stay at Marriott properties, but with the need for a kitchen and more space, we decided to branch out. We are so glad we did. Very modern space, plenty of space, fresh breads on the door every morning, restocked breakfast in the fridge, daily room service, and very helpful front desk team. We are very happy with our stay and would absolutely stay again.

Modern apartment in a great location

One of the best stays we have ever experienced. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and tastefully decorated. High ceilings, beautiful windows ensured great ventilation. A/C was highly effective (40C heatwave). The staff was knowledgable and helpful. Full of great touches (local breakfast delivery, fruits in the fridge). Worth visiting Lisbon again just for this place. A great home away from home.

Best Apart-hotel experience in Portugal

Flora Chiado apartments could not have suited our needs any better. The location was perfect…near everything but on a quiet street. The apartment itself was so beautiful. Clean, comfortable and super stylish. We had the duplex and both bedrooms had en suite baths and comfy beds. The place was so quiet and spacious. Loved the morning pastry delivery. We have nothing but great things to say about our experience and will def be back. If you are traveling with family or friends, Flora Chiado is the perfect spot to explore Lisbon from!

This is such a boutique, unique hotel alternative that I wish they had these in every major city in every country in the world. The staff could not have been nicer more accommodating, and the property was so high end. I would stay at this property again before I would a Ritz Carlton.

I was on a solo trip for 3 days, and this was an amazing experience. the apartment was wonderful, they cleaned everyday, the welcome gift was delightful, and overall the staff were amazing and accommodating. Also great location!

The property was wonderful. The apartment j Is spacious and nicely appointed. It is located in the heart of the Chiado neighborhood so everything is close by. Staff was very attentive and informative. And the breakfast stocked each day with breads delivered daily was fantastic! Would definitely stay here again. Great for families or adult groups!

2 couples on shared vacation found the Flora Chaido a great launching path for our first visit to Portugal. Bread delivery and provided coffee was a luxurious way to wake up in the morning. The suites were spacious and beautiful. The staff were kind and thoughtful. Cannot recommend enough.

The apartments are right in the center of everything in the Chiado neighborhood. We were able to walk to many nearby places and shops. The stocked breakfast and daily fresh breads and pastries were both convenient and delicious. The staff was excellent in all aspects: professional, attentive to our stay, caring and engaged. The whole experience made us feel like we were living in the heart of Lisbon. I would highly recommend this great place to stay.

Incredible Stay - Impeccable Service!

Absolutely amazing property! I really do not know where to begin… There were so many positives about this property and specifically the management and associates who assisted us during our stay. Everything about the apartment is very high-quality and all the small details are present to ensure a comfortable stay. The refrigerator was stocked with a lot of items that did not require an additional purchase, a great espresso coffee maker, and multiple bottles of water replenished every day. The front desk manager (Rita) was extremely helpful during the check-in process and explained everything we needed in great detail and even held our bags for us until check-in time. The daily bread service which was hung on our door was a treat to say the least! Perhaps the biggest event of our stay was the nationwide blackout for all of Portugal and Spain. The management team (Rita, Luna and Marco) went above and beyond what I would expect and assisted us throughout the entire event! We cannot thank them enough for ensuring our safety, providing candles and extra foodand also accommodating us for an extra three days when our flight was canceled due to the blackout. The location is perfect for Lisbon! We will definitely stay here again when we come to visit. THANK YOU FLORA CHIADO!
