Minta Apartments are excellent

We had a very pleasant stay.The accomodation was veryclean and well maintained and Ali (the owner) and his family made us very welcome. We would definetly stay at Minta Aprtments again. Five Stars from us.

Excellent budget friendly accommodation

Family gave a very warm welcome and food was excellent. Apartment clean, good size, bed comfy, nice sitting area, had everything in it i needed for a 5 day stay. Good size toilet with shower. Outdoor balcony very nice. Fly screens on all outsode doors and windows. Remember the mosquito spray if ou go outside. All in all excellent budget accommodation. I will be staying again

Lovely apartments no frills but spotless and reasonably priced. Lovely family run with nothing too much bother. Food options if not wanting to Go into town. Will be visiting Ali and his lovely family again.

Quiet location close to everything so easy walking on flat level area. Easy parking if you do have a car. This is a family run business and Ali, his wife and family take good care of you. It is clean and tidy and even though your apartment has cooking arrangements Ali's Wife is usually on hand to serve food in their on site Bistro. Even at late hours Ali will order you a takeaway delivery if needed. We found the only down side would be the lack of a TV in the room but with good WiFi and a laptop we are probably being too fussy.

Otel bir karı Koca kalanlar için iyi. Fakat çocuklu aileler için sıkıntılı yanları var. Klima sadece yatak odasında. Biz iki çocuğunuzla gittik. İlk grce sıcaktan uyuyamadilar bu nedenle klimalı odaya onları geçirdik bu seferde biz uyuyamadik sıcaktan. Klima tek Bir odada olması yetersiz. Çocuklar gekevizyon izlemek istediler maalesef tw hiçbir odada yokmuş. Çatı katında kalmak ayrı bir dezavantaj. Çatının sıcağı daha da yakıyor. Otelsahibi Güleryüzlu, iletişime açık. İkinci gün ara kat oda bosakibca bize orayı teklif etti. Biz zaten bir gecemiz kaldığı için yerimizi değiştirmeye gerek görmedik. Otelin konumu güzel. Çarşıya 500 metre. Çarşıda lokanta ve cafeler var. İztujuve Sarıgerme plajına 10 km. Plajlar belediyeye ait ve uygun fiyatli. Temiz ve bakımlı. Dediğim gibi otel sadece çocuksuz bir aile için mantıklı. Diğer türlü eksiklikleri var. Aslında gönderilebilecek eksiklik bunlar. Hizmet kalitesinin artması adına otel sahibi Ali beye de durumu anlattım. Anlayışla karşıladı. Güleryüzlu ve iletişime açık biri. Umarım eksiklikeri giderir

Nice quiet residential area, about a 10 minute walk from the centre of Dalyan. Excellent full English breakfast and great value at 25tl. Hosts for very friendly. Bathroom needs attention, nowhere to hang towels and the hot water pressure was very low!

This was our first time in Dalyan, & we chose Minta apartments for our stay. We're so glad we did as we absolutely loved staying here & will definitely return. Ali gave us a very warm welcome late at night, & we sat & talked with him until the early hours. The whole family are so nice (three generations), & they do their very best to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The apartment was spacious and clean with a very comfy bed. We ate here several times, either breakfast, lunch or dinner, & all the food was really good. Ali & Sadiyes Menemen was the best we've had, & the Seabass she cooked one evening was wonderful. The children are a delight, and their giggles are infectious! We can't wait to return. Thank you Ali & family.

Dalyan’da çok güzel bir zaman dilimi geçirmemize vesile oldular, Ali abi ve ailesine teşekkür ediyoruz. Temiz ve güzel bir aile işletmesi, gönül rahatlığıyla kalınabilir. Apart daireleri ferah ve temel ihtiyaç malzemelerinin hepsi var, havuzu çok güzel, tertemiz. Arabanızla seyahat ediyorsanız bölge caretta carettaların yumurtadan çıktığı İztuzu Plajı başta olmak üzere turistik ve Kral mezarları gibi tarihi yerlere de yakın.

Quite n peace at minta.

Good clean family run apart hotel. Pool was small but always clean. Ali bey had even kindly fetched me from ortaca hospital after an emergency treatment. All family was smiley n helpful. So dont hesitate 4 a minute go to minta apart n get a minty holiday experience at minta...
