Total disappointment

Very disappointed with my stay as my expectation was much higher from the pictures published and some reviews shared. It was not what I have expected when I checked in. The kitchen floor was sticky and not cleaned. The surroundings was not beautiful and all as posted on the website. I felt a bit cheated. Accessories provided were very basic and to the bare minimum. Will never be back again as not value for money at all.

There is a Tesla charger in the basement, but you need to request them to switch it on. The property is more like a serviced apartment, where you have to remove your garbage and put everything in the dishwasher before leaving. Otherwise neat and clean and great location!

Place was great to stay at, receptionists were helpful and friendly. They went the extra mile for us. It was our anniversary and had two young kids, they setup a cot for us and provided us with complimentary champagne. Great restaurants within walking distance. Their pool is to die for, very large, warm and clean you can swim without getting cold. The place is also very clean and maintained. The only improvement I would suggest is their showers whilst not dirty definitely require a deep scrub/clean, visible mold and yellowing tiles which makes it feel a bit gross. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Hervey Bay

Friendly, welcoming staff. Nice spacious, comfortable, well-appointed apartment just a short stroll from a lovely patisserie, Indian and Italian restaurants. A couple of kilometres walk along the Esplanade to Reefworld and Urangan Pier. On the pick up route for whale watching tours.
