Excellent stay. Very well kept property. Free parking. Close to everything. We were staying at Sheraton Grand Mirage for 4 nights and moved to Broadbeach area (this property) to break the monotony. We didnt expect much from the property in terms of luxury etc (as compared to Sheraton) since our main intention was to experience busy broadbeach! However this property beat our expectation. Extremely clean property with spacious rooms. Unit was facing the sea and had amazing views. Staff were very nice during check in and check out. Parking was very convenient and lot of eateries and pubs within walking distance. We hardly took our car out during our 3 days of stay. One thing to remember though - The Service doesnt include change of bed linen or clean up of kitchen. DIY! They do provide new towels daily. Nevertheless, GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY. Real 4 ****

Could be better for the price

would be more ideal if there is heater in rooms instead of it in living area. With the ventilation gap in toilet, the master bedroom is very chilly during the night even w fleece blankets. 3.5kg Dryer is not working well, need to turn the timer dial every 10min to reactivate. We paid more for sea facing apt but got the corner unit where the sea is at 1 side of the huge balcony and both bedrooms facing the streets where dump trucks come ard 530am every morning as mentioned by previous reviews. Good for early risers.

Nothing beats it’s location. Beachfront access and shops right next door. However the room and facilities are dated and old and cleanliness is average.

Amazing sunrise!

Amazing seaview from the 3-room sub-penthouse! Beautiful sunrise almost everyday! Very spacious even though we needed an extra bed in the living room. Everything you need for cooking is available, just need your own oil, ingredients and spices. Some detergent is available for washing dishes / clothes. Manager was very friendly and kind and gave us more toilet paper rolls when we requested. Towels are changed every 2 days. However, no housekeeping is done so throw your rubbish away yourself and a vacuum cleaner is available if you need. A beachfront market is set up every Sunday so don't miss that! Near to a small mall with supermarket and yummy Taiwanese food. 15min walk to casino.

We liked the convenience as it was close to where we needed to be, but the unit didn’t look like the one I thought I’d booked on Expedia. Very old and worn but sheets bathrooms and kitchen were nice and clean.

We absolutely loved the amazing and relaxing ocean views. However, the property conditions were very disappointing. The furniture such as sofas, seats, cushions are terribly worn, dirty and uncomfortable. The bed mattress was worn down and uncomfortable. Most bed sheets had blood and dirt stains on them!!! Thick layers of dust on fans, floors, under the sofas, TV and most surfaces. Mold and dirt stains in the kitchen draws and bathrooms. We wanted a comfortable place to stay one week. It was very uncomfortable and disappointing.

One bed Sheets had some stains, an ensuite shower had zero pressure if the units above showered , we had to use the main bathroom for a decent shower. Towel rack fell off & looked dodged on the wall. Ensuite shower also had hair in it. Toaster was so old a rusty looking, overall though wasn’t to bad of a place for 4 nights. Designated parking always had someone in my parking spot! I had to search for another was frustrating. Staff and receptionist very friendly and kind. Broadbeach was beautiful. Unit could do with a lil tlc as its prime location with stunning views.

Love the area and the convenience. The hotel itself is great and. The room furniture and room was a little bit of a let down being a superior room. Our last stay we went standard and the room was in better condition etc. But it was still a nice stay. Will still stay again.
