Due to the ferry being delayed we were later to check in than we anticipated. This meant that we arrived after 6pm and the reception was shut. We managed to get into the reception but did not have a code to collect our key for the room. After phoning up the number provided we finally managed to get our room key but it meant a stressful start to our holiday. The location next to a tram stop was good and it was easy to navigate into the city on public transport. Not much else around the hotel though. The room was clean and quiet and suited our needs for a 2 night stay.

Loved staying here. Clean room with mini-kitchen was a great place to stay for a week. It's right on one of the streetcar lines with easy access to everything else in the city.

Sejour deux nuits illkirch Hotel proche du tram donc demander plutot une chambre eloignee Hotel tres bruyant nous etions en plus a cote de l ascenseur Etat des lits du canape lit horrible,il y avait des nombreuses tâches sur le matelas, il etait tres sale, son etat est honteux, ma fille n a pas dormi dedans... Je remercie le monsieur de la reception pour sa gentillesse et compréhension nous avons eu une seconde chambre pour que nos enfants dorment dans un lit propre.. Personnes a la reception sympathique

Die Zimmer in der Unterkunft sind sehr geräumig und sauber. Leider wird nur oberflächlich geputzt, Auf den Schränken selbst bzw. In den Ecken selbst ist es nicht sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral mit der vor der Haustür befindeten Straßenbahn. Für eine Nacht in Ordnung, für mehr leider nicht.

Endroit assez bien placé mais nécessite de réserver une place de parking car difficile d'en trouver une passé une certaine heure. J'ai eu un problème d'accès à ma chambre (lecteur de carte magnétique HS), j'ai dû attendre plus d'une heure un soir pour entrer dans mon logement et je n'ai reçu aucun geste commercial... Le logement en lui-même était propre, en revanche, le couloir pour y accéder sentait très fortement la friture... Bilan mitigé pour mon passage dans cette établissement.

Die Unterkunft liegt unmittelbar an der Haltestelle einer Tramlinie, die in nur wenigen Minuten (circa 10-12 Minuten) in die Innenstadt von Straßburg fährt. Für Autos sind reichlich Parkplätze gegen eine Tagesgebühr vorhanden. Für ein verlängertes Wochenende sehr gut geeignet.
