This is the second time we have been here & we will definitely be back. The design of the resort is what I love most, it is low rise with beautiful plants and succulents with 2 stunning pools landscapes with plenty of places for lounging. The whole resort is meticulously clean and the food at the restaurant is excellent with a wide variety of choice. Perfectly located next to a pretty beach and a short distance from Ciutadella & a marina with restaurants.

Room was fine for our needs. Good location for evenings out. Car parking by the hotel. Had to pay for access to the safe - I travel globally on a regular basis and do not expect to have to pay for use of the room safe. We had breakfast included, so only used the fridge in the kitchen, so I cannot comment on the amenities in the kitchen. Room was clean, good shower. Didn't try the air conditioning but there looked to be separate controls in the living area and bedroom.

I feel that the rooms are in real need of renovation, the windows had rusty hinges and almost fell off when opened, the bathrooms had lots of damp damage and didn’t smell great. It would be good if the kitchen could have more utensils and an oven, as the food in the hotel was pretty poor, especially if you are a vegetarian. The food in the surrounding area was also very disappointing. The staff are very nice, but this hotel is a bit crusty around the edges, our rooms where directly above the bar and kitchen meaning it was noisy and smelly (from food), there were some rooms overlooking the peninsula which would have been much much nicer, I’m sure.

Une semaine en famille. Appartement trĂšs bien, dĂ©co bien, matelas trĂšs bien, salle de bain propre et pratique, cuisine tout ce qu’il faut. Les lits sont faits tous les jours. Une grand bravo Ă  l’équipe de mĂ©nage et aux jardiniers car les extĂ©rieurs sont trĂšs beaux et bien entretenus Les piscines sont trĂšs bien avec plac’ache et bouĂ©es gonflage Ă  disposition, ainsi que seaux pelles et parasols pr plage. AccĂšs direct Ă  la plage. Le port avec les restaurants sont Ă  5 min pieds. Le buffet petit dĂ©jeuner est trĂšs bien avec beaucoup de choix, le jus d’orange est fait avec les orange pressĂ©s, un cuisinier prĂ©pare en direct les crĂȘpes et les Ɠufs Ă  votre choix, bravo Ă  l’équipe cuisine. Deux supĂ©rettes, une en face et une seconde au bout de la rue avec le loueur de voiture qui est trĂšs bien( rĂ©servation faite avec l’hĂŽtel, et ce loueur prend la carte Ă  dĂ©bit immĂ©diat ), et il est facile de se garer La navette aĂ©roport hĂŽtel que propose l’hĂŽtel n’est pas trĂšs cher 49e pr 2 aller retour, mais hyper long, un gros bus qui fait beaucoup d’hĂŽtel donc environ 1h30 de trajet. Par contre l’hĂŽtel ne parle pas du tout français malgrĂ© ce qui est notĂ© sur la fiche, donc Ă  l’accueil il faut parler espagnol ou anglais. j’avais communiquĂ© par mail pour rĂ©server la navette et la voiture, lĂ  on m’avait rĂ©pondu en français, il avait du faire la traduction. Mais ce n’est pas si grave car normalement vous aller Ă  l’accueil pour prendre votre clĂ© au dĂ©but du sĂ©jour et Ă  la fin pour rendre la clĂ©.

Merci pour ces supers vacances :)

Le personnel est adorable, le restaurant est super bon et change tous les soirs, les piscines immenses, la proximité aux plages à pied un vrai luxe et en plus nous avions une terrasse avec une vue incroyable. Des vacances fabuleuses, merci :)
