The cleanliness of the property left much to be desired. During our stay, we found three cockroaches on separate days—some in the bathroom and others in the kitchen. While the location is convenient, about a 17-minute walk to the main Hollywood Theater, the buildings are not beachfront. One building is close to the beach, but the other three are farther away. On the positive side, the staff was very helpful in fixing a mistake we made with our reservation, which we appreciated. However, the rooms are very outdated and in need of significant updates. Overall, the location is good, but it doesn’t quite match the experience of staying closer to the beach.

Enchanted isles has a couple of trouble spots. The floors in our unit were filthy and sticky to the point where fresh white socks turned black and “gummy” within 10 minutes of walking around. As if they were the mop. When asking the office about it, they said the cleaning staff mops with dirty water between units. Which is unacceptable. There was no wifi even though it was advertised. None of our devices ever connected, nor did any guests at the pool. The office breezed it off and said it’d be fixed on Tuesday. I checked out on Monday, I assume it remains broken. The thermostat was inoperative. Set 70° and it preferred 62°. I had to turn off the whole unit or it’d keep cooling to arctic conditions no matter how many times I set 70-72. There were long black hairs all over the room, which as light haired folk, didn’t belong to us. There was dark dirt in every corner of the room. The sheet on the pull out couch was greasy and stained, and the incorrect size for the pull out couch mattress. Everything was dusty and the bathroom has no ventilation for humidity and became a steam bath, which is warping paint on the ceiling. The property itself is safe, quiet and we enjoyed the full kitchen. It’s steps from the beach and you can walk the broad walk easily. Still, the housekeeping issues are a major problem and the staff takes a handoff approach and won’t answer phones on the weekend. If there’s no wifi, you got no wifi. We will not be returning, consider other options nearby

I recently stayed at Enchanted Isle resort hollywood FL and had a very relaxing and wonderful experience Perfect location. It is right on beach also very close to downtown and all important attractions , restaurants, places. Quiet place , safe Loud shout out to the staff , Staff especially Lisa and Alma were incredibly welcoming , caring , helpful and supportive . I had my elderly mother with me , they went above and beyond to accommodate us , complimentarily upgrading our stay . Overall I could have not asked for a better experience . Will highly recommend enchanted isle for a memorable experience .

Extremely noisy people on the upper level where moving furniture around till like 4 am noisy as hell and the started up again at 6am. The unit smelled very old, no restaurant near by the boardwalk was 2 miles away let’s just say not very happy only thing it was very close to the beach but that’s it

I selected and paid for a room with a King bed that looked to be on first floor. Walking with my feet and bad knees was too hard on me. We were given a 2 bedroom in another building. Good place to stay!

It was very relaxing! Only issue is no elevators. Requested a bottom room due to two of us with walking issue but we made it work. It’s very close to the beach. The outside tables were nice to have to relax at & enjoy the ocean breeze. The room was clean & had everything you’d need. I loved the full fridge with ice maker. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t the best but also made that work.

Management was so nice. We evacuated from a Gulf coast hurricane. It was a very enjoyable stay. They had grills to cook on. Full kitchens. No streaming services but cable. Recommend for sure!!

This is an older property that could use a spruce-up (and I'm sure that's ongoing), but overall it delivered on the important things: location, value, convenience and competent management. It's in a quite part of Hollywood, on the ocean, and the area has a very neighborhood-y feel. The pool is lovely. The unit was generously sized and included a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room. We were especially grateful for the space, as we had traveled to the East coast from the Tampa Bay area to avoid hurricane Milton. We would return for the location!

Everything was great but it would have been nice to have a king bed option and the apartment wasn’t super clean when we got in. I had to clean up a little bit in the kitchen before use. Also, the stove wasn’t accurate and burnt our food on the 1st try. But all in all a great stay. Super close to the beach and we loved the iguanas.
