Clean room, easy check-in, store bags there for the day when we arrived early. Four people slept comfortably in room, one master bed and one pull-out with 2 twins. 5 min walk to bus stations made it kind of convenient, especially for price. Disappointing that the pool wasn’t open when the weather was warm.

Convenient and well up kept

Secure parking 8€ , lovely apartment, very comfortable, easy checkin , friendly staff..very clean complexe..small drawback, self clean apartment , take away rubbish, we were only one night, so no issues for us..and advertised pool not open until 10:00am , too late for our early departure..but otherwise very nice affordable complex

For the area that the property is in and the price we paid I have no complaints. You won't get 5 star luxury for £250 a week, however it has everything needed, small kitchenette is a great asset, balcony nice to sit out on. Nice staff, easy parking. This was our second stay and I would certainly stay again if travelling on a budget.

It was fine. I purchased an apartment with two twin beds and was only given one full bed, and they didn’t make it right. The air conditioner was broken and I had to fix it myself. Be advised you are responsible for providing your OWN toilet paper and trash bags after the first one. They also do not supply enough towels. When they “clean” the room after a week stay, they only change towels, they DO NOT take out trash or actually clean. Pool is nice, but very limited hours. The rooms were pretty dirty, cobwebs and dirt everywhere, but if you are looking for somewhere cheaper and convenient to bus stops, it’s ok.

Decent stayover while attending a conference in Sophia Antipolis. Room was acceptable. The kitchenette was slightly flimsy but usable. My main concern is the distance to public transport, it's slightly inconvenient as opposed to other facilities nearer to centre commercial.

Pleasant place to stay

Aparthotel was great for access to local shop and supermarket Unfortunately there is no communal working space area nor easy access to Antibes or a decent beach I am still waiting for my deposit refund 3 days after checking out and tried to contact the hotel on numerous accessions by phone and email Make sure you purchase your toilet roll as it is not a hotel, stays longer than a week you may get your room cleaned and towels replaced once with fresh bedding, could do with better service and care for customer experience

Our stay at Appart Hotel Odalys City Antibes, the hotel is lacking great maintenance. The door of underground car park we broken, then we discover there was no air conditioning, no internet, the television didn’t work, in the lift the safety handle was falling off the wall, the fridge has the bottle rack that came off in your hand, the general condition was shabby.

Avoid. The rooms need renovation. The furniture very old, broken, the bed unconfortable. Mold in the kitchen and in the bathroom. The floor is in some parts burned. The coach is broken. レジデンス オリンペ やたらとドアが多い

レンタカーでホテルに到着したのですが，カードキーを必要とする駐車場以外の一般駐車場が無く，路駐して宿泊手続きをしました。これが不便でした。宿泊手続き後，地下一階の駐車場から地（０）階の部屋に移動する経路がよくわからず，迷ってしまいました。地階を共通として二つの棟があるため，やや複雑な構造なのですが，標識が少なく，やたらとドアが多いと感じました。滞在型のホテルなので一般のホテルと違うのかもしれませんが，もっと分かり易い標識があると良いと思います。 ネットワークが使えるのでこのホテルを選んだのですが，２日間はWifi機器の障害のためネットが使えませんでした。

1° L'accueil était relativement bon mais incomplet quant à cette situation: accès à un parking au -1 avec badge, mais ça correspondait au bâtiment de l'accueil alors que mon logement se trouvait dans un autre bâtiment en face, le souci c'est que un des ascenseurs ne fonctionnait pas, donc, prendre l'ascenseur le plus éloigné de mon logement, du parking monter au 1er traverser à pieds avec bagages et nourriture tout ce 1er bâtiment, par l'accueil, sortir et aller en face badger l'accès au bât secondaire puis prendre un ascenseur pour mon troisième étage où se situait l'appartement ! Refaire ce "parcours du combattant" 4 fois afin de décharger ma voiture... Du coup chaque matin et chaque soir il fallait faire ce même trajet pour quitter les lieux et aller découvrir la région... De même, en tant que résident de cet appart'hôtel on avait droit à l'accès à une piscine extérieure et éventuellement aller petit-déjeuner au 4ème étage du bâtiment d'accueil, MAIS, sans ascenseur puisque celui-ci ne fonctionnait pas, donc à pieds 4 étage j'ai renoncé pendant tout le séjour à ne serait-ce qu'aller voir ce fameux 4ème étage avec ces 2 prestations (piscine gratuite) (et petit déj payant), je m'estime lésé !!! 2° les couloirs moquettés et notamment à mon étage, mais ailleurs également sont restés sales depuis nos arrivées du samedi et ce jusqu'à mon départ ce lundi soir... 3° des jeunes ont été très très bruyants ce samedi et dimanche !!!

Même si l’appartement est grand avec une grande terrasse, la chambre est exigu et surtout on n’a pas eu droit à un vrai lit, mais à deux petits lits de taille différente. Donc zéro pointé pour le confort L’accueil n’a pas su ou voulu régler ce problème. l’accueil m’a d’abord demandé 30 € pour changer de chambre, j’ai refusé et puis ensuite eh bien il n’y avait pas de chambre de disponible. Or nous avons bien constaté que l’appart hôtel n’était pas complet et pour finir pour une chambre supérieure, je pense qu’il faut qu’il revoit leurs critères.

Struttura datata, corridoi alla shining, ma tutto sommato decente per un soggiorno con amici. Nonostante le recensioni lette, la nostra stanza era pulita e con tutto il necessario. La stanza della colazione è davvero piccola, a noi è andata bene perchè in quei giorni c'era poca gente. Vero è che il clima condizionava mangiare all'interno e non sul bordo piscina.
