Perfect place for springbreak not relaxing at alll

Really uncomfortable "beds", thinn walls and lot of alcoholdrinking people in the spa area in the evenings listening to loud reaggemusic. The police arrivedo several times to the hotel during the week

Overall we had a nice stay here. The room was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We all slept pretty well on the beds.. although there was a mystery stain on the side of one of the mattresses which grossed us out a bit. And the couch
 lots of stains and very old, shabby and gross looking. The lobby on our floor(2) smelled of cigarette smoke quite often. We tried to do laundry and one of the driers was broken and the only other one took SO long to dry we had to put money in several times for it to finish drying. The indoor pool was great. The walls in there are falling apart..you can tell the place is old and hasn’t been updated in many years. The air conditioner in the living room worked very well! But the one in the bedroom barely worked and wouldn’t go below 66. We took the filter out and it was fully caked with dust so we cleaned it and put it back in. Still didnt work well but thankfully the weather was cool while we were there so it wasn’t too bad. The staff are all very nice. Our room was ready early which was nice. The walk to the beach was easy and the kids loved the beach! Great location. Super close to town and the shuttle comes right to the property parking lot. Overall we had a nice stay. I think if they did some renovations it could really be a wonderful place. If you’re looking for a great location and a comfortable place to sleep then you’ll be fine here.

Nice Location with some caveats.

First the positives. The location is great. Bus stop in front brings you into PTown for free. Pools are good too. The jacuzzi recently was reopened after a few years being down. Now the not so positives The property is pretty run down and the beds were not comfortable at all. Pillows were a joke and the carpet smelled. The building construction allows sound to pass through it easily.

From the start, the staff went above and beyond. Before my stay, I had some issues with my credit card, but they were very communicative and worked with me to get everything sorted out. During my stay, they made sure I had the room I wanted with a beautiful beach view. Their customer service is top-notch! I would definitely come back.

The property didn't have elevators to go to the third floor(where our room was). It was not mentioned on the Hotels.com website while booking. It was also not mentioned that one of the buildings didn't have AC. It was really hot inside the rooms and the wall mounted table fan in each room wasn't sufficient in the hot and humid weather.

The website said all rooms had ac. Ours had a wall fan. Our room was suppose to have a balcony with pool view. Had neither. Made it look like we had a beach outside of our hotel. Nope. They did move us to a room with AC after wanting a refund.

Horrible pullout couch bed

Our stay was great except for the fact that the pullout couch bed was horribly uncomfortable and the couch itself sagged, so there was not any really comfortable place for sitting (I had to put a pillow under one buttock to even out the sagging couch). The tiny coffee pot always got coffee grounds all over. But the marvelous, cool ocean breeze made up for everything.

Good location/ lack of air conditioning.

Our stay was very relaxing and having access to an inside pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, and a private beach was great. The only downside to this hotel is the lack of air conditioning. The first night was so hot that I could barely sleep even with the fan that is provided and even if you leave the balcony door open for a breeze, the doors make a lot of noise when closing and people using the pools and talking is very noisy and will wake you up.
