car parking issues

dont bring your car because front desk does not keep up with the parking business in the back.they tell you limited park when there are spaces available and always charge you no matter what

I liked this proerty, at 1st only scheduled a 5 day stay... then extended 7 more days... a good area.. minutes from beautiful mall... resturants on the same block and 7-11s and more on the same block. I would stay again

The lady who checked us in was awesome and the staff were great. There was a smell in the room due to a water trap not having water in it, but once I found it and fixed it the smell started getting better.

It was nice and clean... staff was very helpful , nice area, resturants close... i stayed for almost 1 month..... there were a few roaches, not alot, maybe 5 in my time there. I didnt complain because it wasnt a lot and not in the kitchen.

This is June the very best value for the money hotels in heart of Makati. Walkable to Greenbelt and all around immediate area. Great restos nearby a block away. Good gym and pool for travelers. Seem to have upgraded beds as ours had a pillow top or topper. BIG rooms and nice place. Staff is excellent. Our go to most times in Makati.

Place was ok overall. Some fixtures need to be fixed like the kitchen faucet and the bathroom towel rack. The faucet knob was worn out and not easy to turn or control. The towel rack was falling apart and about to detach from the wall. Guests probably hold onto it when getting out of the bathtub. You should install a grab bar for getting out of the tub. Dangerous for elderly.
