This place is filthy, it is NOT a hotel, there is no lobby, no staff on the property, roaches, human hair and cigarette burns in the blankets and sheets, mold on the walls, there was a hole in the door to our room. I didn’t even stay five minutes, left as soon as I saw the room. Obviously it’s non refundable for a reason, the “staff” doesn’t speak English so it was impossible to communicate.

At first I was given a small room after paying for large so had it changed the large room wasn’t quite up to standard could do with redecoration toilet was broke only one light in main room worked was asked not to run the air on too much as it costs electricity hilarious I was thinking and they seriously need to get rid of the resident tom cat the smell of cat spray in the bottom of the stairwell was horrendous I deffo won’t be staying here again loads better places at cheaper rates shame on you hotels.com for not doing homework on this guest house

I didn’t like anything about this property. The advertising was a total lie. This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed anywhere in Asia and I have been coming here for over 25 years. You couldn’t pay me to stay there again. Two thumbs DOWN!!!

Disgraceful customer service! I arrived late in the day due to flight being delayed, when i tried to check in Thai staff were no help & just told me fully booked. Just what i needed after a long flight despite booking months ago. Owner still kept a nights payment despite this. Buyer beware

2 nights in Pattaya

Very central location for bars and restaurants. The flatscreen TV had a good choice of channels. No problems with any appliances, fridge, air conditioning etc. If you need to go to the beach you can walk in 15 minutes or take a 10 baht Songthaow on Soi Bukhaow a 2 minute walk down the road. I have one recommendation, and that is for marketing purposes the name of the guest house should be changed. Great value.
