Good location with free parking

Fast check in. Free parking! Electronic tag to operate the garage, main lobby door and lifts. But old fashioned metal key for the room door. Quiet, the construction in the block behind couldn’t be heard, even though my balcony overlooked the construction site. Kitchen equipment looked new - crockery, pots and pans, kettle, toaster, dishwasher. Free coffee, tea, sugar. There’s a clothes washer, a dryer, iron, ironing board and hair dryer. Shampoo & shower gel provided (but very little, better to bring your own). Towels were white & clean. But room is not serviced during the stay. Walking distance 10 minutes to Queen Victoria market. Walking distance the other way to the University of Melbourne campus. Lots of eating places around. I would stay again.

Very beautiful and new apartment. Very decent sized, with full cooking facilities. Comes with dining area, and balcony, as well as laundry facilities. Pretty good location as well!

Excellent Apartment

We really enjoyed our stay here. Reception is friendly. Has tight security. Apartment is really cosy and clean. Few minutes walk to the city. Will definitely recommend to friend and stay here again when we visit Melbourne.

the biggest issue when staying in a hotel is neighbour noise, or my own snoring, i could not hear neighbours and apparently i had neighbours on either side, so outstanding insulation.

Fantastic location within walking distance to the Royal Botanical Gardens , Queen Victoria Market, China Town and numerous restaurants and pubs. The outdoor sky deck has beautiful views of the city.
