Jokaisessa 14 yksilöllisesti sisustetussa kodissa on ilmainen Wi-Fi ja yksityiset pihat. Asiakkaiden käytössä on yksityinen uima-allas sekä keittiö, jossa on jääkaappi ja uuni. Siivouspalvelu ei ole saatavilla.
Kissimmee Maingate Area Pool Homes by SVV tarjoaa 14 ilmastoitua huonetta, joissa on yksityinen uima-allas ja pyykinpesukone/kuivausrumpu. Huoneessa on parveke tai terassi. Jokainen huone on yksilöllisesti sisustettu ja kalustettu. Keittiö, jossa on jääkaappi, liesi, mikroaaltouuni ja erillinen ruokailualue. Kylpyhuoneista löytyy kylpyamme tai suihku ja hiustenkuivaaja.

Amazing stay. The townhouse was well equipped and maintained. The kids loved having their own pool, and the clubhouse pool and waterslides made our park rest day even better. Loved all the space and washer dryer. Best stay in Orlando we have ever had. Easy transparent communication and great property management group.

The inside of the house was beautiful. What I would recommend is anyone that rents should know that the essentials are not included such as salt pepper, toilet paper, paper towels. There were no dish towels no potholders no dish rack and no dish basin. The outside of the property could’ve used some TLC. The flower beds and the shrubs and trees could have been trimmed for a nicer appearance.

The home is ideal for spending time in the Miami area. You will need a car to get around, but access via the motorways to the parks is very easy. The house was spotless and extremely comfortable.Great facilities.highly recommended. I hope to return.

The house was fabulous! I wish it was slightly a little more handicap accessible as for needs (ei. Railings and at least one toilet seat lift. Maybe a shower seat.) other than that his hiccup. This will be our go to place going forward for Florida visits.

All the beddings in the property were dirty, had stains that looked like vomit. The worst part was when we went to use the oven and the whole house got smoked out that took 35 minutes to clear out with all the doors and window opened because there was a huge grease spill in the bottom of the oven that was covered with foil! When we contacted the property manager he come over the follow day and gave us oven cleaner and told us to spray the oven and clean out in an hour!!! We told him we were not cleaning the oven and it never got cleaned therefore we could not use it the entire week we were there! We also had to throw out the food we had in the oven in the first place and the manager told us to cook the oven pizzas in the microwave!!!! Terrible stay!

You are greeted by a rule BOOK about 15 pages long .inside was a bit dated ,burn on counters , broken drawers etc .homes are very close together so noise was a bit loud . 23 paid to hear the pool and were never able to use it . Pool remained freezing . You also cannot adjust the home’s temperature or open windows for airflow .

We had a wonderful stay. Property was very clean and located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We appreciated that the property owners left a few essentials to hold us over until we could shop (TP/PT, hand soap, dish soap and sponges, trash bags, etc.) Property owners were very responsive to any questions or requests that we had. If I had one complaint, it would be with the pack and play that was provided. This thing has seen a LOT of miles and should be replaced, but it looks like I wasn’t charged the extra fee for it so I can’t really complain. Also, Expedia advertised the property as 10-15 minutes from Disney parks, but it was actually about 30. No fault of the property owners but was a bit of a disappointment.

When we first arrived we were disappointed with the bed in master bedroom. It was sagging bad. After talking with the property manager, they came in and replaced it with a new & extremely comfortable mattress, while we were out. It was such a great surprise! It made the stay so much better! We were beyond grateful & happy! Thank you!!!

We highly recommend this home rental. Excellent communication with Joyce & Ivor. Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable. Was well kept and clean. Quiet area where home is located. The pool was great and having it heated is an extra charge keep in mind. I have to say the bottom of the pool had some area’s where it was sharp and a few of us had little cuts on our toes. We went out and purchased pool shoes and that fixed the issue! Home was stocked with utensils, plates, bowls, cups. Would certainly stay here again and of course recommend it to our friends and family.

I booked a stay in Kissimmee which was close to our event and last minute we were shunted out to Davenport which was much farther away. The Wi-Fi barely worked and there was almost no cell service around the property. All of the pillows were pancake flat and terrible. Property could have been much cleaner. Overall I disliked the entire process of working with this host.

It had pool and hot tub but it was $100 to heat them if worked. The heat and air were both broken. The pans were poor condition and some cabinets. Uncomfortable beds. Screens on patio ripped. For what I paid except better went and stayed at resort last 2 days.

Although it’s a nice home, we’re extremely disappointed with the cleanliness.  There are bugs, cobwebs, dirt on the floors & corners of the floors, toilets are dirty, batteries missing from the TV remote controls, trash in the front yard, etc.  The home looks very unmaintained from the outside.  We were not happy.  Very misleading from what was advertised on Expedia.

I like that a pool was there, but i didnt like it because there was lots of frogs in the pool i really couldnt enjoy it. The pool wasnt running property. The house is beautiful but the furniture was awful its too old and out dated, there was bed bugs and i got bitten up. Told the property people they told me all type of excuses saying that the house was sprayed. They house need to be kept better and certaing things need to be fix. The screen to pool, the garage door at the bottom. The house doors need to be more secure all of them. The Tv"s was the worst they was small like a 13 inch computer screen. No lye. Upgrade all tv's. The house is beautiful but need a TOTAL MAKE OVER. NEED TO SMELL LIKE IT BEEN CLEAN NO CLEANING SCENT IN THERE AT ALL. The mop was disgusting no why nobody would touch it with there hands. If you UPGRADE it will be PERFECT

The Property manager provided a house in Davenport and we preferred Kissimmee. We asked if there were any other houses in Kissimmee, but Property manager advised us that for the money he has receiving from Expedia that this was the only property that was available to us. First impression was that it was a good layout. The first thing we dealt with were the ants in the bathroom and kitchen, however, Property Manager had kitchen and pool sprayed. We realize there are bugs this time of year but we dealt with it the whole time we were there. Dining room chairs were all stained, coffee tables and plants were layered with dust. Also the ceiling vents were all very dirty. We only used the bottom floor and the bedrooms on that floor. We felt like we were sleeping on the box spring and not a mattress. Property Manager had a very light mattress topper dropped off. Apparently, the owners do not want to replace the mattress. We still had to put blankets for more support. It only made a slight difference. Overall, we made the best of our stay - we asked for another property as mentioned above but nothing available. Another disappointment other than the mattress were the two frying pans. We literally went out and bought a frying pan. We couldn't believe anyone would have wanted to use the frying pans prior to us. We really like the property manager however, he may say other families had no complaints. We took pictures as proof of the things mentioned above.
