A quiet, lovely apartment with everything you will need for your stay. A friendly warden that lives on site, if you need anything. Close to all Blackpool has to offer.

The property was superb. Very clean, everything u need. The location was brilliant for everything. James couldn't have been more helpful. Will definitely stay there again next time we visit Blackpool. Thank you all who made this trip very enjoyable.

The apartments are located by the south shore, behindcthe velvet coaster and close to the pleasure beach. Our apartment was very spacious with plenty of privacy and easy secure access.

Disappointing

Apartment wasn’t as expected with basic amenities missing. Space was very limited and unfortunately not to our liking. To be fair, they have mentioned a laundromat ‘nearby’, but without a washing machine it definitely isn’t convenient. No basic condiments: items: coffee, tea or sugar provided. Arrangement of the apartment was quite queer and the bathroom was minute and en suite the bedroom which proved inconvenient for the person sleeping on the sofa bed to disturb if needed use. Needless to say no basic toiletries were provided and only included a hand wash. Thankfully there was fridge for our like one’s food! The pictures are nothing like the apartment we were given; bathroom and lounge pictures very deceptive. Apart from the shabby architecture the entrance door was so inconveniently built that people cannot enter even comfortably, as soon as it’s opened, it’s gridlocked and has to be closed in order for the person to get behind the door and property enter the house. Also, they expect the apartment to be kept clean before checkout, without any cleaning material provided whatsoever! No kitchen cloths/disinfectant spray or vacuum cleaner for the rooms; I suppose that we do though pay for the cleaning of the place after checkout…Parking was tough to locate as this is part of a row of aparthotels and basically you’ve got to figure out which spot belongs to the property. A simple signage at the back of the ‘unnamed street’ (as the parking location description was) would certain

Great place for a few days.

Good communication. Bathroom small and sofa bed for older children to share not ideal. Great location esp if you can arrange a parking spot. Great stay for a few days.

It was OK

We stayed in Apartment 3, and whilst everything was 'ok', there were a few pointers that we can leave for anyone else looking to book it. Firstly, they have very thin walls, which meant we could hear people walking, talking, general movements throughout the house. We are not talking about guests having parties here, just basic movements and talking could be heard throughout. The toilet is very basic, very run down and it felt like the motto was 'it works, so that's fine'. Lastly, with guests smoking on the ground floor (outside area) and our room window being opened because of the heat, we were constantly getting cigarette/cannabis smells in our room. All that said, the location for Blackpool Pleasure Beach was great, and that was the reason we chose this place in the first place and it served its purpose.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. Me and my children strayed over the Christmas period. Great family location. Lovely sized apartment. However, the bathroom was rather on the small side with no storage for toiletries and the shower was a bit limp, but still functional. The kitchen surprisingly had great facilities for cooking with, was able to cook a Christmas dinner so that was a bonus. The bed was comfortable and had a sofa bed in the living room which was also comfortable. The aesthetics was simple and neutral, was a good standard of cleanliness, my biggest fear of going somewhere new is it being dirty and I'm having to clean it myself, this wasn't the case. The TV was in good working oder and had Netflix, bonus. The wardrobe was broken on arrival, the poter was accommodating and said that this would be dealt with, they're getting a new one, so didn't have use of a wadrobe, this wasn't a major issue as I was only staying for a short period. Had a slight issue with doors being unlocked after making sure that they were locked

Great stay and very clean apartment

Apartment was spotless and the caretaker James was very responsive as to our messages and even sorted free parking for us which was much appreciated, bed was so comfy we had a good nights sleep, everything you need in the apartment already, thanks for being so welcoming and responsive we will definitely be back.

Don't recommend

Stayed for 2 nights was very disappointed by the condition of the apartment. Was very unclean and unappealing the dish towel provided was filthy, sponges to wash dishes was dirty, the sink had food left in it and gave off a stomach churning smell and place could have done with a quick hoover as floors had small bits of debris on them. On top of that the bed was a sofa bed that was extremely uncomfortable and hard to sleep on. Then to finish off the advertised free car parking was unavailable meaning we had to pay for parking for our stay.

Really close to the Pleasure Beach, excellent WiFi 50+ Meg. Property was clean and tidy, family have already said when we go back we'll stay at the same place. Kitchen was well equipped and of good size. Really cannot grumble at the price for what you get. We'll be back again, definitely!

Great location we were able to walk to Blackpool Tower which took approximately 35 minutes. Nice apartment and we were able to park in one of the apartments 2 car spaces around the back which was great. You just have to email them direct to book. The apartment was clean but starting to look a bit tired in the bathroom and kitchen. The mattress on the sofa bed was stained which was a bit off putting. Apart from that we were quite happy staying here and had an enjoyable stay.

Great location, handy for shops and pleasure beach, water park, mini golf etc. Good facilities available for self catering. Nice little shop close by to grab bread and milk. Bus stop just outside for number 18 bus which takes you to the zoo. Only problem i had was that i couldnt get logges onto the wifi but that was probably me just being a bit rubbish at that. All in all my son and I had a good stay.
