Everything is good except the kitchen. Kitchen light is very dim. Electrical Stove take forever to cook. Only can cook very simple food. Although many kitchen cabinets n relatively big fridge provided, useless because the stove is hopeless n is like cooking in the dark cave.

Nice environment, quiet and peaceful.

Stayed in room 15. Happy with all except there is no lift, and only 1 toilet for family of 5+1(toddler)pax so can be quite inconvenient. Security was not compromise for our car in secured carpark. Am ok and understanding no room make up for new year eve so we r happy with our 3nites stay. Just 5 mins dive away can find many good Asian food and dessert house with reason price. Old folk who wakes up early could do their morning stroll in the garden with lots of fresh air. Will stay again when I repeat Adelaide.

Hotel upgraded to a slightly larger room in the Annex block which was much appreciated. They also offered to help with transfer of baggage as the Annex block was slighter further away.

Family unit located at 2nd floor. Car park in basement. Carrying heavy luggage up and down can be tiring. Only 1 toilet for whole family.

Cosy apartment

It's a short drive to city. Room was big and cosy. It's a good place for friends to stay for a few days. However, the shield next to shower head has gap that makes the bath room wet most of the time after shower.

Excellent hotel at city centre

I stayed 4 nights at this marvellous hotel with my whole family. Very clean and very efficient and friendly staff. The staff always serve us with a smile. The compound is very nice with beautiful trees. It is at the city centre. Very near to lots of amenities and attractions. Definitely recommend to friends.

Nicely updated unit

Good sized King Beds in two of the rooms but the third with just a double decker bunk bed was disappointing. Another disappointment was the single bathroom inclusive of toilet which meant 6 adults having to plan morning activities carefully. The kitchen was well equipped except it blew the main fuse but that threw up a delight in that the response from the front desk was very fast. Ditto for the front desk mgr who came personally to make the sofa bed as it was difficult for a 55 year old to clamber up the top bunk. A top club was located just a minute on the left of the premises; good for drinks. Ample secure car parking was available but lots are meant more for city vehicles. One might wish to unload cargo before driving down to the basement car park to avoid having to lug it up a floor. But as the entire complex is low rise, some muscle work is required. Great experience in all.

Great place to stay

Very nice and quiet location..Easy access to CBD. Good restaurants nearby including their own. The hotel was well kept. True value for the money spent. The only thing which I could think that can be improved is the availability of room warmers since it was quite cold..Bed warmers were available but don't seem to be in pairs that were working for both sides. Other than that, a great place to stay.

Great little appartment for the price and location. Not modern but have been updated and had kitchen, washing machine etc. Quiet and nice and dark in the bedroom at night! No elevator though so stairs!
