There is a lot to like about this place, quite street, the staff is helpful, the hotel is dog friendly, and do not charge extra for them. Convinient location. Will stay again when visiting Tibrerias.

At first I was very skeptical about booking this hotel since there was no review. When I arrived to the hotel, I was greeted by a very friendly staff and a cute parrot. The check-in process was very prompt and the staff gave me a key to the room along with a box that contained coffees and teas. The elevator scared me a little first time since it wasn't really a smooth ride going up and down, but did its job. When I arrived to my room, I was little surprised by how spacious and clean it was. The room had kitchenette with electric burner, pots & pans, and utensils to cook lite meals. The hotel was located little away from the Sea of Galilee, but I was able to see the Sea of Galilee clearly from my balcony. The bed was comfortable and shower was good. Next morning, I woke up at 0800 hrs to grab breakfast since it was included in my hotel reservation. The breakfast buffet was located in different building, but i was less than 2 minutes walk. The breakfast was good with many vegetables, breads, different fish meats, cereals, yogurts and deserts. The breakfast buffet hours was from 0700-1000 hrs. I came back to my room and check-out at 1100 hrs. The check-out was prompt also. Many shops were located within walking distance. Overall I had really good experience. One thing I did not like about the hotel: 1. The room door was not really secure. It uses those old one button locking door handle system where people can easily break into by sliding credit card.

Room was dirty. Hadn't been swept, sheets had hair in them. Breakfast was disappointing, not worth extra charge. Slow internet, almost unusable.

This property is literally in the middle of the city. Everything is walkable: the old city, the new city, the souk, shopping, dining, etc. It was a most delightful experience and we would stay there again.

Hotel simples sem muitos cuidados com os hospedes. A limpeza do quarto não estava bem feita. no entanto o café da manhã que era servido no hotel ao lado, foi o ponto alto da estadia. Don't stay here! Photos from Hotel.com are fake

My family and I travel very often and stay at many hotels. When I say this place is a lie, believe me. There is no connection between the photos they have on hotels.com and Trip Advisor vs reality. I think staying at a hostel is even better. This is a total scam and not ok to ruin a vacation like this. Air conditioned barely works, everything is super old and nasty. They beds are all singles pushed together. It was just embarrassing. Of course when I called Hotels.com to refund me so I can go to another hotel, they said they couldn't. The balcony which is discussing and nowhere near the direct site or the Sea of Galilee which they promote Is total BS too. It’s not even walking distance. First 4 photos are the reality. Don’t stay there

WARNING - Don't book a room

I have never stayed in a hotel that have so dirty as this one. They had not even changed the sheet on the bed in my room. After hard argumentation in the lobby they did that at 00.30 after midnight. The other room my partner stayed in had two beds where one had the same condition as my bed, even hair in the bed from former guests. The person in the lobby is the most in polite I have met, what was he doing there that destroy the first impression so badly. NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!

Place to sleep on comfy beds in air conditioning

Air conditioning and beds were great. Run down furniture/fixtures and not so clean though. We stayed in a quad on the first floor. Balcony was filthy, floors dirty, some utensils and dishes had to be rewashed before using. There was a microwave but beyond that there was an ancient looking hot plate that we dared not try. Front desk staff inconsistent in helping us with some tourist questions.

Horrible experience. Was accused of double booking which was very incorrect in every way and I was told to pay for 2 rooms when I have only booked one. I stayed there for 1 night only and payed for 1 room in cash. I agreed with the staff that I would talk to wot if and arrange the cancellation of the second room which I never booked and therefore had no reservation code, so no payment was agreed and they were ok with this arrangement. As soon as I left the hotel, the staff tried to get money out of my card without my authorisation in 4 small transactions as if trying small amounts to see if the card would work. It was 3 amounts of $20 + 1 transaction around $16. Clearly not the accommodation total amount. Clearly trying the card out without my authorisation in a very dodge way. This is robbery! Avoid this dodge hotel at all costs. I am opening a formal investigation against this hotel and I demand the money that was stolen from my card back.
