Excellent hotel. Will stay again. Historical facade hides a very modern and clean hotel. Location: 5/5 located very conveniently located in the city and shopping just 1 street from Queen Street Mall and plenty of eating and shopping options. Also walking distance to the Brisbane river and bridges to cross Southbank. Rooms: 5/5 rooms are a standout. Nicely sized they are modern, clean and functional. Bathroom had no tub but a proper large walk in rain shower which I prefer. Bathrooms are clean and big with marble throughout. 5 star clean and comfortable beds and pillows. Very quiet rooms so the sound proofing must be good. Very high ceilings and views from my room over the park to the Brisbane river give an excellent feel of space and comfort. Facilities: 5/5 For a hotel int he middle of the city, has gym and also a Indoor pool is very nice to have. Restaurant and cafe in the lobby. Nice spacious lobby with plenty of comfortable seating. Staff and service: 5/5 Very nice staff and excellent room service. My safe actually broke when I was checking out. The staff showed super urgency to drill open the safe and get my valuables out so I can make my flight. Price: excellent value for money given the location, quality of rooms and facilities. I can understand why this hotel gets great ratings. I've stayed at a few notable 5 star large hotel chains in Brisbane and this hotel is more modern, larger and much better value in my opinion.

Great location, view and service.

Location was great - you can walk to almost everywhere, food options are available 24h nearby - Pancake Manor (super nice by the way). Hotel Check-in & Out was good and prompt. We This Adina hotel is new & clean, with some renovation works going on for the Bar but that didnt affect us in any single bit. And most importantly, the view was AMAZING - you get to see the sun rays reflected on Brisbane river amidst the sun set, and when night falls, the lit bridge and city lights were just amazing. Would recommend anyone who is going to the city to stay in this hotel.

It was really hard to find the car park. Had to briefly park elsewhere head into reception. Quite the challenge since there is no signage and brisbane is chaotic

Unfortunately I was handed a bottle wine at the front desk to carry to my room at checking. A little weird. Should have been in the room. Staff was very helpful and kind. The lobby is scented and could trigger sensitivities or allergies. Bed and pillows very comfortable or room did not have a great view but was fine.

Location of this hotel is amazing. Walk to everything you need. Supermarket across the way. Room is spacious. With everything you need like washer/dryer and dishwasher. Front desk staff is helpful. We will stay at Adina again the next time we are in Brisbane.

Ideal location in centre of Brisbane with clean rooms and friendly staff. Pool was a bit too cold for us so didn’t manage to make the most of it during our stay. We had an issue with the air con in our room but the hotel were quick to help and change our room which was appreciated. Would stay again.
