Very nice apartment and glad we had a couple nights to stay here. Kitchen was well equipped and the area is nice and quiet!

Perfectly situated, well designed, quiet and friendly. Our own entrance meant that we could leave and return without disturbing others. Perfect place for 2 friends. Highly recommended

We spent two nights here and it was the most comfortable stay we had in Iceland - plenty of space, wonderful light, great amenities (like the washer/dryer) and very well located. From here, we explored the Lake MĂœvatn area and went to HĂșsavĂ­k for a late night whale and puffin watching tour. It felt like a home away from home!

This was a perfect break on the Ring Road. We spent two nights. The extra space of an apartment and the laundry feature was ideal. It was about 25 mins from Lake Myvatn and close to the falls.

Great place to stay if you are traveling in the MĂœvatn or HĂșsavĂ­k area! Apartment is very clean and has a kitchen with all of your cooking needs. Plenty of room for 3-4 people. The sofa couch was comfortable. The owner has a dog that is very friendly and will greet you upon your arrival which is an extra plus!

Beautiful property with beautiful spacious apartment. More space than the 2 of us needed. Washer/dryer was a huge plus! Comfort of home while you’re away.

Apartment was comfortable with all new fixtures and furnishings, we visited in winter so the heated flooring was very welcome. Note that the easy chair in the photo was not there.

Very nice apartment, a bit pricy I felt. Such genuine hosts, they went an extra mile to ensure we were comfortable. The laundry machine is a mystery, especially if you are used to the big/fast ones in the US. The host went out of the way to help us by offering other options. Just that one act left such an incredible impression. Will return for sure.

Such a nice place! This would be a great place to stay for a few days and explore areas in all directions. Large area with a great kitchen. There was a laundry area which I didn’t use but nice to have available. Very quiet. Would recommend! Look for the building with the swing in front. The color seemed different than in the photo. Restaurant and small grocery store close by.

Cosy sized apartment for a group of 6!

Property was located on the first floor of the building, so we needed to carry all our cases up the stairs, be mindful if you have a lot of bags to carry up. Apartment was cosy sized but not quite enough room for a party of 6 with all the bags. Instructions were clearly displayed on the kitchen wall. Location was remote (in the middle of fields) but this is great for Northern Lights watching and peaceful.
