Booked & paid for 2 bedroom unit for 3 adults & 2 kids, was given a 1 bedroom & told first that I'd be given a full refund & find somewhere else. Was eventually given another single room away from other single room but we had to move the next day. Rooms were so dated and in disrepair - the door were tricky to lock & unlock hard to open. The towel rack fell off and the aircon control fell off during the night. The showers were mouldy along the edges from age & no toilet brush in toilet. The location was amazing though lakefront and right next door to shopping mall.

The best friendly and pretty Hotel, this the third time we stay in Bay of Palms, and for sure not going to be the last . We loved !

Perfect Small Paradise by the Lake

We stayed at a one bedroom apartment and it was great. The view to the lake, the cleanliness of the unit, the tv channels and all the amenities in the kitchen were perfect. If you have a car it's easy to reach surfers paradise or you can hang around Palm tree region. Having our breakfast on wooden tables by a perfect lake was the highlight. Our toaster in the room broke down and hotel management brought a brand new toaster for us to use in almost 3 minutes. The staff at the reception and maintenance were all smiling and natural. We loved the place and thought about coming back here for staying much longer next year.

My daughter and I wanted value for money as we weren't going to be in the room for long periods over the weekend. We chose this place due to price and location to the restaurant that we were going to on the Saturday evening. Bay of Palms was also next door to a shopping centre which was great.

Quiet relaxing location

Had a very nice weekend. The hotel spa and pool area are well kept and the staff are friendly and helpful. Twenty minutes by car, to Pacific Fair and the Casino for shopping and a show!

This is not a resort

The hotel (if you can call it a hotel) is near a shopping Mall and the airpoirt, but far for walking to the beach, you will need a car There is NO room service, this means no towels changed, no bed made, no bathroom cleaned and no soap and shampoo Also you will need to remove the trash when you leave... and clean the dishes and cups (or you will be charged for it...) Almost a hostel... The room itself was lot of space and there are some community areas with laundry, pool, barbecue,... The reception closes very early at 5:00PM

The unit does not have any aircon in the bedroom. No shampoos and room service. Only soaps were provided for three days. As per requirement, I also had to clean the dishes before checkout, which I never experienced at any other accommodation.

Lovely property on the water with a beautiful view. Our room was an adjoining one and we could hear the people staying in the next room through the adjoining door which was a little annoying. Room had been cleaned but had hair and cobwebs on the floor in the bedroom near the bedside table.
