The staffs were friendly and helpful. Katarina even helped me check in earlier than the usual time which I appreciated a lot. The location is good and has an easy walking access to trams. Great location, very comfy room, lovely shower, bed, space, kitchenette. Considering how expensive out and about in Basel is, the studio was a heaven of luxury to rest and enjoy. A deciding factor in choosing the hotel was the inclusive Basel card. Worth it. The staff are friendly and the lobby is inviting to seat and read for a bit.
