As 4 travelers, it was great to have a place we could all have our own beds without getting more than one room. Grocery right across the street, 1 block off the main bus line, a nice restaurant a couple doors down. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place easy to access any time. Free laundry but the driers didn’t dry enough even three cycles later had to pack wet clothes. Room was very dark and spacious with a kitchen

Overall good stay. The bathroom has a really bad sulfur smell. Not sure if this applies to all of Iceland because there water is heated with geothermal energy. The shower water spills all over the bathroom and it’s kind of annoying.overall good stay

Late at night, there must be a bar nearby because there were drunk people standing on the street. If you get in and out at a reasonable time, you probably won’t encounter them.

It was a good apartment with a grocery store across the street. With renting a car, seemed more economical than staying in the big city.

The apartment was clean enough, but needs some paint and minor repairs to the walls and bathroom. I thought we were getting a room with a separate bedroom as that was what was shown on the website. We had one large room with five single beds. The pillows were completely flat and need to be replaced. Staff communicated well and answered all my questions on the phone. The one maintenance man onsite was not friendly or helpful.

Terrible first floor room had a sewage hole in the bathroom floor that had a terrible smell. Also this room ran out of soap dispenser for sink and shower and since there’s no attendant in the hotel we had to message them online. We were told someone would come by next day to investigate smell and soap but no one ever came. We were not offered to move to different room either. They only offered late checkout which we didn’t need as we had a flight to catch…

Amazing property and super friendly and efficient staff ^_^ kronan right across the road and a bonus round the corner , lovely cafe near by too and great transport links , if you dont mind a little walk its not too far from all the main sights ^_^ views are amazing too! Would highly recommend ^_^

Great stay

The property was VERY convenient to downtown. There is a grocery store right across the street which was awesome. Only thing was they were doing construction because of a leak when we were there so a bit messy, but understandably so. Overall our stay was great!

As soon as we entered the room, it smelled very bad. The bathroom shower panel was not designed in a way where the water could stay in the shower area. Every time someone showered, the water would come out from the shower area to the bathroom. I had to put big towel on the floor to stop the spillover. The room was not clean either. The lobby was dirty. They have an excellent system of online check-in check out, they do not even provide the access code without uploading a ID card information. I only with they were equally good at maintaining the room itself. I would not recommend getting there.

Contacted property management to report issue with checking in as well as sewerage smell coming from holes in bathroom floor. Told us someone would come out to inspect room and never showed up. Since there is no one present at this property (everything is self check-in) we also contacted them that there was no soap in either counter or shower dispensers and again no response nor was anyone sent to refill. Terrible experience and won’t recommend to others.
