Really very convenience in CBD, close to Melbourne Central station. The room included washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, iron and iron board, etc. Only one thing not professional was the Receptionist told me check out time at 12 noon, but the Housekeeper used master card to come in at around 10:30 am. After that (around 11:30 am) the Receptionist knocked my door to come and ask me what time I would leave the room.

The property is super convenient. Close to all kinds of food, and the Queen Victoria Market. This is a bonus. Very conveniently located along Elizabeth Street. Very safe. Apartment is decent with the full suite of amenities like cooker, microwave oven, washer and dryer. Good for longer stay. The only problem was the wifi. It so super slow and at times no network at all. Thus if you are thinking of working from the apartment, best to have your own internet instead of depending on the apartment,'s wifi. Otherwise, a good place to stay.

Good location but terrible lift system

The hotel is located conveniently at the edge of CBD and near to Victoria market with lots of food options surrounding it. But the big big draw back is the lift system where it started with 3 lifts cut back to 2 lifts servicing all 63 level. A long wait during peak hours.

Location of the property is perfect. But they gave me a cheaper room with no view. I paid for a better view but I did not get it. Tried to communicate with the receptionist but she refused to listen and keep brushing me off saying that im in the right room. Staff were really terrible. Kettle was super dirty. No hairdryer provided too. There's no phone in the apartment hence I need to go to level 1 to ask for it. Worst customer experience but the view was really good.

The apartment is close to the Yarra free tram, about 5 mins walk away and there were many eateries and supermarket around. The apartment is spacious as indicated. it’s a pity that there is no separate lift for guests staying in the higher levels and it became a nightmare when the lift has to stop at many levels before we arrive at level 69. There’s daily housekeeping but the team was not consistent in replenishing towels and amenities, there was always missing items or towels.

The view is to die for, overlooking Melbourne at level 59. Parking is about 2-3 mins away and fuss free. The apartment is spacious and clean. One bedroom has air conditioning/heater whereas the other doesn’t have. The lady that helped us during our check-out is very helpful. It was raining heavily and the traffic right in front of the apartment was crazy. She opened the backdoor so that it is more convenient for us to load our luggage to the car. Great stay and would definitely look forward to come back.

Nice high floor view

Highlights of the property is the nice high floor view and good location. Others like hospitality or cleanliness nothing fantastic. We hv to mop our own room upon check-in sticky room. Daily housekeeping never turn-up, on our 3rd day hv to remind reception again to clean rubbish, replenish bathwash & tissue paper. Towels with stain. Sharing lifts with loads of apartment residents, rude foreign students.

The property is relatively new and we had an apartment on the higher floors with breath taking views of the surrounds. However, heating was not really great high up and I had internet connection issues. On closer inspection, realised that the place was not as clean as it first looked but still manageable. Was a good experience but not likely to return as it was not to our preference.

Service could be improved

Small and compact apartment. There is no phone despie stated that there will be one in the manual. We had to directly call the front desk on outside line. The bed was good. The stove hob was not working. The equipment in the apartment appeared overuse. The front desk was disappointing. My son had food poisoning and we called for assistance and was given a number, which was not functioning. And when we called back the front desk, no one pick up despite us calling for next 10 minutes. We had a broken champagne flute and when we asked fr that to be changed it took nearly 2 days and constant reminders for that to be rectified.

Everything was amazing. Stayed on the highest floor and the view was to die for. Lots of asians students in the building and the area nearby so I felt really safe. Food was easily accessible since it’s just located downstairs the hotel. Walking distance to trams as well. The only downside is that you won’t be able to enter the hotel because you would need an access card to enter the building and to the concierge. So you might have to wait for a minute or so until someone happens to come out of the building then you can pass through. If you are checking in midnight I’m not so sure about how Long you have to stand outside the glass door lol.

A pleasant surprise

This is my first time staying in this apartment and I was surprised as they put me up on the 69th floor. Being the highest floor, I had a beautiful view of Melbourne City. Besides that, they are very prompt in resolving my issue - beeping sound in the apartment and also willing to extend my check-out time so that I could spend more time with my friends outside. Overall, it is a great stay and friendly staff. I will definitely go back again if I go back to Melbourne and happens to go to CBD area.

Putrid smell made me ill.

The smell in the lobby and lift shaft was enough to make you vomit. Management blamed a garbage chute issue but it took 3 days to fix it. I expect a refund for at least two nights and will be exploring that further.
