Incredibly helpful and friendly staff, great location, family friendly. Would absolutely recommend. One thing to note: if you're going to have a vehicle with you, book a parking spot at the hotel when you book your room, there's limited parking. Although there's ample street parking as well as many car parks all around the hotel and downtown core.

Our family stayed for one night and had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The facilities were spotless and felt almost brand new. The laundry facilities, including a washing machine and dryer, were very convenient, especially since this was our last stop of the trip.
