Close to coach station, however many downsides.

The room appeared clean, however there was a smell of damp in the bathroom which spread into the other rooms. The furniture was quite tatty and really didn't fit the apartment. It just looked quite unloved and like it needed a redecoration. I also found it very difficult to wash dishes as the water wasn't hot enough and in the end had to put them through the dishwasher in order to get them clean. This isn't ideal. The sound proofing also isn't great and I could hear people in the corridor and in the adjacent room, this would be a problem if noise was made at night, which fortunately wasn't the case here. What was great is it is close to the main coach station and within easy walking distance of Jaude. I would use this again as an overnight stay on a long journey, however not otherwise sadly. It was however very reasonably priced.

Notre séjour s'est bien déroulé, il est juste à noter que la climatisation serait un plus. Malheureusement pour cet hôtel très correct et bien situé en centre ville, l'environnement de voisinage est bruyant et perturbant. Par ailleurs le personnel d'accueil rien à dire.

Acces parking difficile Frais de parking en plus 10€ par nuit c’est cher Nous avons demandé 1 lit double, avons eu 2 lits simples et manque le nécessaire toilette annoncé, une seule serviette pour deux Problème avec la réservation, plus de logement disponible mais réservation validé quand même...la personne sur place nous a appelé pour bous signaler le problème et a trouvé une solution, merci à elle.

Hotel central et calme

Notre séjour à Clermont s'est très bien passé. L'hotel, avec parking, se trouve à 10 mn de la place principale (Jaude) et 20 mn de la cathédrale à pied. Le quartier est tranquille. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil, l'appartement était spacieux et calme L'hotel mériterait une petite rénovation.

Hébergement hors du temps,propriété à revoir avec surtout une moquettes remplies de tâches douteuses. Literie inconfortable, meubles et boiseries éclatées. Rideaux de chambre complètement mitée. Manque d’ampoule dans la liseuse de la chambre. Accueil très agreable ,personnel gentil, emplacement top non loin du centre. Petit plus pour la fontaine à eau au rez-de-chaussée.

L'accès à la baignoire était très compliqué. Il y a très peu d'espace entre les toilettes et la baignoire . Les personnes ayant quelques difficultés de mobilité ont du mal à monter dans la baignoire.

Evitez cet établissement sauf si vous êtes obligés

L'appartement est vraiment vétuste avec de gosses taches sur la moquette dans le salon. Le revêtement de la baignoire de la SDB est largement détérioré. Les matelas ont probablement connu des guerres et se sont abîmés et endurcis. Cet établissement a besoin d'une vraie réhabilitation. Oubliez les plaques de la cuisine, impossible de les maitriser vu que les réglage sont effacés. Il faut tourner au hasard comme au casino. Côté parties communes, on se croirait dans un centre d'hébergement social. Des couples qui crient et qui se fachent tout le temps. C'est un vrai vacarme dans les couloirs. La prochaine fois, je choisirai un autre hotel. J'en veux a Hotels.com de ne pas avertir sur ces désagréments.
