Great location, by the river, check in is easy, at the hotel that is right across the apartment. The room is big and the amenities in the apartment is in great condition

Apartment was spacious and well maintained. Check in at the Arc Carris hotel was easy and they allowed for bag storage so even if you arrived early it wasn't a problem. Had a good stay at the apartment. Would have given 5 stars if not for some issues: 1) The WiFi was down during the time I was there. Something about the network being down and when I asked the staff when it would be fixed, they were unable to give me an answer, so for three days I was without WiFi and that was inconvenient. If it was fixed later, no one informed me. 2) They only provided 1 dish washer soap for a 2 night stay and there was no dish washing liquid so I had difficulty washing my dishes on the second night. 3) 50 euro key deposit in cash. They already took credit card details for guarantee, I don't understand why they need the key deposit in cash. It is not a big issue, however, if this were the last leg on my trip, 50 euros being held up would be quite inconvenient.

This turned out to be a great location, close to the river with gorgeous bridges. Studio layout was so convenient with plenty of room. Nice, new and very enjoyable.

Great location to see Porto. Has elevator for seniors or those with walking difficulties. Best to take Uber or taxi due no close parking. Close to waterfrontand other attractions. Highly recomend staying here. Unfortunately there is road construction infront but windows seal out noise

First the positive: location, location, location. You're in the heart of it. But it also means lots of traffic, cars honking late into the night, as in past midnight. Great for a younger crowd, not ideal for a family with young kids or seniors. The room was a bit dated, bathroom ok but there's really no counter space to put your stuff down. Also if you stay in the apartment be aware that you don't get a key, rather a key code to punch in. Can be tricky late at night, since you have to be mindful of your surroundings as you're basically standing on the street when trying to enter. Hotel staff was great.
