Location was quite good. The apartment was large and comfortable with a washing machine which was very handy. We arrived after midnight and the hosts were very helpful ensuring we could get in safely.

STAY AWAY!! I made the mistake of booking a non refundable room & they tried to extort me!! Apparently, since it’s non refundable you’re “stuck” paying whatever extra charge they make up. When I refused to pay the extra charges, they told me “your reservation was non refundable so if you leave you won’t get a refund". They REFUSE to refund me and we didn’t even stay there! I am appalled and will never stay in any of their hotels. There are many other options in that area. Also, there are only 3 parking spots and they are taken quickly. Parking is an extra charge per day and the nearest lot is a 10 min walk. Lastly, keep on mind that the hotel is on a very steep hill.

Quirky but cute place with amazing staff!

This apartment was really cute-had sufficient light on the rainy days, at least one one side of the place. It would have been nice to have a real door for the 2nd bedroom rather than a curtain. The bathroom stayed very wet despite a fan, so that was kind of annoying. There was a lot of noise with people coming and going at all hours of the night. Other than those things, we really enjoyed our stay and the location. There is a cute cafe next door and a beautiful place to watch the sunset just up (yes, even further up!) the street. One of the best parts about this place was the staff-super friendly and helpful (obrigada Leshia!). They were so easy to communicate with before the trip and very accommodating.

Bonito apto en Oporto

Muy eficiente comunicación con personal del edificio de aptos. Amables y serviciales en todo mimento. El apartamento con todo lo necesario para nuestra estadía de 4 días. Recomendaría mejorar método de entrada/chapa de puerta del apto. Cabezal de la ducha para que no salpique el baño al usarla. Mezcladora del lavamanos pues se moja el top del baño al abrir el chorro. Todo lo demás muy bien pensado, cómoda cama y ropa de cama de calidad. Apartamento amplio y cercano al río y s los monumentos importantes de Oporto. Nos gustó mucho el apto y agradecidos con el personal tan amable en todo momento

Svårt att köra bil i gamla stan där boendet ligger. Näst intill den möjligt att hitta p-plats. Hotellet hade tre platser för 94 lägenheter. Hittade ett O-hus 15 minuters promenad bort. Det är mycket höga trappsteg för att nå lägenheten.

Beautiful apartment perfectly located in the very nice historical area of Porto. The apartment was clean, modern, well equipped and secure. A few minute walking distance from a nice lookout, pubs and the Torreao fine roof top restaurant which has an amazing view of Porto (Gaia) and bridges. I was on a trip with my daughter and we both felt safe since the building entrance is also lock. We loved the city and apartment so much, we ended up staying 2 additional nights. Strongly recommend this place, will rent again next time i visit Porto!

Porto er en eventyrlig sjarmerende by. Vi bodde midt i den fine gamlebyen og denne leiligheten var ideell for oss. Huset var nennsomt pusset opp. Alt var der som vi trengte, inkludert ac på varme dager. Vi ble tatt svært godt vare på av personalet

The front desk employees were so friendly and helpful. They gave us a map and pointed out where things were to help us get our bearings, and made excellent dining recommendations. Our room was cool, clean and comfortable. There was no elevator and you had to walk steep cobbled roads, so this is not the place for someone with mobility issues, but fine for us!
