Location was amazing, close to the beach and a short drive to the various theme parks. The view was stunning and the indoor pool was great when we had a couple of rainy days. The outdoor pool was beautiful! Our only criticism is the room smelled like smoke (had to buy air freshener to get rid of the smell) and the shower door in the ensuite didn’t seal so the bathroom floor got wet when showering. Otherwise our stay was great! Would definitely book again

The room was a bit dated but it did have good views and facilities. It was in a good location and walking distance to restaurants and shops, however it was very noisy at night time. The servicing could have been better, only changed towels and sheets, they didn’t wipe down areas or vacuum. They also didn’t top up some of the kitchen amenities or laundry powder, we stayed for 10 days. There was only 2 elevators working which meant we were waiting a long time but that was due to the cyclone so understandable. Outdoor pools looked beautiful but were too cold to swim in. Overall it was a good trip but I’m unsure if I would stay here again.

Close to all main shops, transport close by. Convenience of Cole’s downstairs. Bathrooms need a bit of a renovation. A bit old and run down. Not very clean looking. Had ants coming up the drain pipe.

It’s outdated curtains were stained, single bed was sinking asked for it to be replaced handyman apparently did something to fix it however same issue occurred. Shower door was closing properly water leaking everywhere, washing machine leaking and fridge was leaking. Location is great and pool area is amazing

Very spacious well appointed apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (only 1 bedroom required). Everything was provided to prepare your own meals when you tired of the junk food outlets and a big Coles in the complex. Found the large leather/vinyl? sofa sticky in hot weather. Great secure central location, well maintained with pleasant staff and secure parking.
