My stay of 1 night as passing through area

Good and clean the 2 single beds were comfy bud sofa bed not too good and also noisy that side of building but good in bedroom. Would stay again

My room had a glass front door with no curtains or blind. Was very bright at night. I did report to reception but nothing was done. Quite a noisy hotel. Would not recommend staying with children. Rooms quite dated.

We stayed here for two days at the end of our holiday and it was modern and spacious It was in a good location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and a big taxi rank

Good hotel helped by friendly staff

It was in a busy area but the staff dealt with our request to put us in a quiet area of the hotel. We also had great service from Diego the young receptionist who helped us with some important administration throughout our trip which was so kind.

Great location. Fantastic price. Would stay here again no problem. However pool small and paid extra for internet but Wi-Fi was free everywhere and was good so the extra payment was not needed

The rooms were very clean modern. Air conditioning in both the sitting room and bedroom. I would book this property again. It's in a good central location and everything is walking distance.

Very quiet even though it was near to a lot of bars. Rooms were basic but comfortable and spacious. Pool very small but lovely temperature. Had a problem with our door not shutting properly and the staff were not very helpful and didn’t seem to want to fix the situation until we pushed for something to be done. Apart from this other staff on check in were lovely and the hotel did the job for our stay.

We were in transit from the ferry to the airport and needed a place to stay for one night. It is one of those typical mass tourism accommodations, although this was clear to us. The apartment was, although the furnishings somehow also looked new, worn. The orientation of the bedrooms towards the stairwells makes for an enormous amount of noise at night. The bathroom was open plan. I don't like this kind of design. It was also not clean. However, I would like to emphasise the polite reception.

Great location and clean

Great location. Close to beach and main area. They also have a shower you can use once youve checked out. Helps when you have a late flight as check out time is 10am. Only problem on our stay was there was a group that made a lot of noise coming back from a night out on a couple of days around 2am/3am but guess we were just unlucky there. Not hotels fault.

Mix of people stay from groups of girls and lads to families and couples, pool can become very busy later afternoon, rooms are clean and tidy. Very quiet in room at night to sleep. Easy walkable to beaches and Siam park. After check out they have a shower and give you new towels to use for them if you ask at front desk

Rooms were lovely and clean and well equipped. We didn’t use the pool as we felt it wasn’t very communal just more for the rooms that overlooked it. A little noisy at night until 1/2am from the bar below. Would stay again but personally don’t think it is a hotel for a week or longer especially if you like a pool.

Please don’t stay at this place it’s a dump dirty, stinks, sink not draining, shower all filthy water barely running, full of fleece, slept one night and was bitten dozen times. Had reservation for 15 nights and had to run away because staying there just unbearable ended up in emergency room fleece infection ended up infectious Please don’t go there.

Lovely receptionist, so helpful on check in. Rooms basic with all utensils required. Relatively clean. Excellent location. Small supermarket underneath. Unfortunately noise started at 8 pm with extremely loud music and all different people having long loud conversations and smoking out on the hallways outside doors all night long after their nights out, noise continued until 6 am. More suited to young people on nights out and not for families with children.

Dodgy electrics making noise all night, drunk stag parties coming in making noise at all hours. What was supposed to be 3 romantic nights as a couple, we ended up leaving a day early. Good if you like a party and just want to have a bed but other than that don’t do it.

Average hotel for what you pay would be much better if the staff weren’t so rude and unhelpful. My fiancé left my starbucks flasks in the room after checkout we go back 10 minutes later and “no nothing found”… That must be the cleaners rule, whatever is found is theirs so if you’re staying here be very careful with your belongings as you won’t get them back. Has potential to be a nice hotel but needs much better customer service as at the moment it has none.
