La struttura e' introvabile: arrivati molto tardi (23.00), siamo riusciti a raggiungerla soltanto fermandoci a chiedere indicazioni ai pochi passanti in una specie di lunga galleria. Inserire le indicazioni nelle informazioni della struttura ed investire in un paio di cartelli sarebbe utile. La struttura stessa ha decisamente visto tempi migliori. Stanza pulita ma molto, molto spartana con un impianto elettrico preoccupante. Personale gentile. Posizione estremamente comoda a 100 m dalle piste.

La posizione è assolutamente perfetta per sciare, in quanto adiacente alla pista. Il personale all’accoglienza è stato cordiale e disponibile. Buona la colazione. Nota dolente la pulizia (veramente scarsa in camera) e in generale la camera (221), troppo piccola per 4 persone, bagno senza finestra e temperatura non regolabile (che la notte diventava insopportabile); impianto elettrico da riformare interamente (una presa funziona con l’interruttore della luce, presa antenna scoperta, ecc). Tante cose a pagamento (parcheggio, late check-out) nonostante la tessera club (4€ al giorno a persona) sia già obbligatoria.

La struttura va rivista, bagni sono da rifare, in generale è un po' vecchi. Molto apprezzata la cortesia dello staff sempre molto operativo e gentile; si è verificato un problema grave con l'erogazione dell'acqua calda (sospesa per due giorni) che avrebbe dovuto essere gestita meglio

Très mal renseigné lorsque nous arrivons dans un parking,acces possible par une porte blindée qui était déjà fermée à 20 heures,il faut vraiment chercher l'entrée de l'hotel

Room was large and functional, breathtakingly views from window of Mont Blanc and the top of the Matterhorn. Pictures on the sit of the room are a true reflection, modern hotel but old rustic feeling rooms.

Pessimo hotel

Sistemazione deludente, sopratutto rispetto al prezzo pagato. Uno dei peggiori hotel dove abbia mai pernottato considerando il rapporto qualità prezzo. Pulizia e manutenzione scadenti.

Utile solo per dormirci la notte..

Ho trascorso con il mio ragazzo in questo hotel 2 notti nel periodo di Pasqua. Appena arrivati siamo subito stati "Placcati" da una delle animatrici dell'hotel che ha cominciato a tempestarci di domande per coinvolgerci nelle loro attività nonostante avessimo chiarito fin dall'inizio che eravamo li solo per passare qualche giorno a passeggio per i castelli della Valle D'Aosta e che non eravamo interessati alle loro attività in hotel. La prima sera abbiamo deciso di cenare nel ristorante dell'hotel (essendo l'hotel in alta montagna, sulle piste da sci, nei paraggi non c'è molto altro) e abbiamo avuto la triste sorpresa di dover per forza utilizzare il loro menù fisso senza per altro saperne il prezzo fino a quando non abbiamo lasciato l'hotel e saldato il conto (18euro a testa per una cena). Come se non bastasse tutta la cena è stata condita con le fastidiose chiacchere ad alta voce e le urla del gruppo di animatori. Non credo che tornerò in questo posto. Non mi piace che mi sia data così tanta confidenza da completi sconosciuti che non rispettano nemmeno la mia necessità di tranquillità in vacanza.

L'hotel si trova sulle piste, in ottima posizione per cominciare la giornata sci ai piedi. Nelle immediate vicinanze trovate farmacia, alimentari, ed un paio di ottimi ristoranti. Le camere sono piccole ed essenziali, ma non manca nulla. Nota negativa è che Il bagno della nostra camera emanava pessimi odori e lo scarico non funzionava troppo bene, ma sembra che il problema riguardasse solo alla nostra camera. La colazione a buffet era abbondante e di buona qualità. La stazione sciistica di Pila è davvero ottima per sciatori/snowboarder principianti ed intermedi. Per gli "acrobati" c'è anche un gran bel snowpark. Un soggiorno montanaro da consigliare
