It’s nice. I like the place. Tiny but tidy. Internet is great. There is portable water. The caretaker is so kind, helped us with the lost key. Highly recommended!

the unit I was in had plenty of mosquitoes and roaches, it was not comfortable, I reached out to property owner, asked for a bug spray, and pretty much used up the whole can the whole time I was there. headboard was dirty and leaks in the bathroom.

The area is great but the bathroom wasn’t maintained well. It needs upgrading or refurbishing. There were no basic toiletries like body wash. Otherwise stay is convenient.

Check in was horrible have all the paperwork and would not accept it until another person gave the unit number still don’t know why they wouldn’t give it before and no access to pool if you don’t stay a month but can’t get it just weird I’ll stay somewhere else next time

Good location with basic room

I stayed at the Seda Centrio hotel a couple of times recently and like it because if the location and service level plus it is a good 4 star hotel in a city where choice is limited. The hotel was fully booked this time so 8 chose the Centrio Studio Apartment which is right next to the Seda Centrio Hotel. The apartment is basic and small but clean. The owner (we had 2apartments which happens to be owned by the same person) is very responsive. Main advantage is the location n the shopping mall next to it but there is no other service like restaurant or room service (cleaning etc is extra). I stayed only 3 nights n out most of the time so it was no problem .

Had to try and find the wifi name and password underneath the modem which had the shortest Ethernet cable possible. Had to detach the cables to read the sticker underneath the modem. No tv channels either, had to reboot the box and even then, very few channels. No movie channels and poor service.

Not worth the hassel.

The check-in process was a mess. The security guard asked me for the unit number, which I did not have. I gave him the confirmation # and the booking #. He had no way to reference these. I showed him my booking online receipt but it was no help. The owner of the units failed to provide any information to the security guards at the front desk. I called HOTELS.COM. They called the owner who then called the security guards. HOTELS.COM did a great job sorting it out. It took about 45 minutes of stress to check-in. I reserved two units. One unit was very small. The bathroom was tiny and impossible to shower in. The other unit was nice and spacious. There is no parking. You have to find a place to park on the street (which is not safe). There is WIFI. The pool is also good. There is no cable tv. Overall, I would not stay here again. It is too much of a hassle.

Nice unit, no parking.

The unit was nice and the stay uneventful. Was put off by the over zealous retail parking attendant and the parking notice I received before I even got in the building. It was not a very welcoming situation. Pros: Unit was clean non-smoking, quiet, a/c working, TV works with Netflix only, great water pressure, bed was comfortable, refrigerator adequate, located on first floor. Cons: Unit is small, kitchen just has microwave. NO parking, very congested area with no street parking. Paid parking several blocks away, unless the guard can find a tenant that is willing to rent their space for p300/night in the parking area. Bathroom sink drainage is slow. Excessive room deodorant overwhelms ones sense of smell. Check-in instructions received on second day of stay.

Pros: The property is closest to Centrio. It’s okay and clean. The management responses to e-mails and request and sends the caregiver to take care of your issues. Cons: Gave me a unit different from what I booked and paid for. I asked if I can check-in early and they responded they will accommodate me to another unit but did not specify if it is the same and did not wait for me to confirm. We ended up staying in a studio with one bed and provided us with thin mattress to sleep on the floor. Under the sink was a stinky smell. The caretaker cleaned it and sprayed and we were told not to Open it. But the smell seeps out specially when we wash in the sink. The guard was rushing to throw us out of the parking lot while we are loading our stuff after checking out. We have to deal with them and told them about their rude attitude.

The room was clean and adequately furnished, the bed had a thick, comfortable mattress, nice bed linens and pillows. The bathroom was adequate and had hot water available in the shower and large bottles of shampoo & conditioner were provided. The only improvement that I would suggest is to provide more than 2 bath towels. Otherwise, this unit was the best of all the rooms I have rented in Cagayan De Oro City over the past decade. I would definitely rent it again and recommend it to others.

Newer and accommodating for a short while

There is not a front desk other than a few security guards. The booking is through an individual and you will need the local phone number and reach out to align your arrival, especially if coming in late. The swimming pool is ok but very unusual in shape and you may feel like you are swimming in the fountain. There is not a single chair or table to even hang your towel on the swimming pool grounds. The refrigerator was very nice in the unit I had but it was frosted up in the freezer and I had to defrost it.

Comfortable studio in a modern condo

Happy to have stayed here for the first time. Followed instructions to call ahead of time, since there is no front desk for check in. I only had to wait a little on arrival. Checking was friendly and fast.The studio comes fully equipped with kitchen facilities, so would be suitable for families. The bathroom, while clean, was a little small. Toiletries were sparse, but fortunately I had my own. Towels were a bit rough and thin. All in all, a pleasant overnight stay and recommend it to others.
