Relaxing stay here at comfortable apartment.

Second trip here in two years, will come again next time. Great location to beach and facilities. My apartment was spacious and didn’t hear any traffic or other noise. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice relaxing vibe to the place.

The value of this hotel is great. We had some questions before arriving and communication was fast and clear. The hotel has great location, just a short walk to the sea. The property pool is clean and there is a nice area in the shade to have a meal with a family. The staff helped us book a transfer and provided free beach towels. I would definitely recommend this property.

Myself and my family stayed at Aspendos Seaside for 2 weeks, the room was a little tired and dated and needed a little TLC but was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the housekeepers did an amazing job! The location was excellent with lots of bars and restaurants nearby which were excellent and reasonably priced. The beach was a 5 min walk away from the accommodation and both the beach and the sea were amazing!! I would highly recommend to others.

Showerhead connection was leaking some water. Apartment floors were dirty and had only 4 pairs of slippers for 6 people, didnt ask extra ones, maybe they would have given. Apartment sofa was little over used to have best sleep. Location was great. Lots of restaurants all around. Beach to swim nearby. Is noicy area cause of all the functions around even in offseason Value for money in offseason was excellent.

Great location

The location is excellent. The basement room smelt like a basement despite having some natural light…. Musty & stale cigarettes. The bathroom door doesn’t shut which would have been a problem had I been sharing. The shower has seen better days but a very large bathroom. The furniture is mix mash & old fashioned bits & bobs. Had a kitchenette but dated. It’s actually a studio apartment & bed is in the one room. It was a large room & plenty of space to section it off. Expensive for what it was.

40 degrees with bad non-working aircon

The apartment was very dirty and in bad shape. We were 5 but there were only 4 beds and a sofa (which were not meant for sleeping). 40 degrees heat and only one aircon working in one of the bedrooms. No curtains in one of bedrooms with aircon not working and sound like washing machine. No ventilation in bathroom and not even provided any toilet paper! We arrived late night and no turned on aircon and no water in refrigerator. We stayed at 4th floor - no elevator!!! The area was okay and the pool usable. I travel a lot and this place is by far the worst place I have stayed - I will not recommend to anyone. No WIFI - we told staff and they didn’t even care. After we left they asked us if we forgot any clothes in closed - it was some clothes that was already there when we checked in, so they didn’t even check/clean before we arrived!

You get what you pay for

You get what you pay for here, which is not much in comparison to the nicer places. When we first came in we discovered one of the ACs was broken. It took them 3 very hot days to get fixed. It absolutely should have been discovered after the previous guests had checked out instead of us on our first day. The water heater didn’t work properly the entire time. They came to ”fix” it many times, but it would continue to show various error codes daily and stop working intermittently. Luckily it was so hot outside that a cold shower didn’t feel so bad… The clicker on the gas stove broke during the first week. It was never fixed and we were told to use a lighter instead. This was one of the smaller issues, but shows the overall quality of the place. Finally, we were told the cleaners will come in every 3 days, but they came only once during our entire 2 week stay and even that was after days of us literally begging them to come. Some positives were the location close to the beach, a nice pool and many restaurants nearby. One of the restaurants is literally next door though, so depending on your room’s location, you might get to enjoy their music until 3AM.

Oda havasız ve rutubetliydi. Odada kahvaltı bile yapamadık komşu binada kızkardeşimde kahvaltı yaptık. Odayı tutarken resimlerde bir yatak odası ve ayrı bir odada iki kişilik kanepe vardı. Ancak gerçekte bir oda içinde bir yatak ve kanepe vardı.
