체크인 전, 언제 오는지 안내 받았고 입실 시 설명은 충분했고 직원 분들은 친절하네요. 방에서 손가락 한마디 크기의 멋진 거미를 보고 깜놀;;; 오래된 곳이라 그런지 시설은 워낙 낙후되었네요…

별로

침대방으로 예약했는데 늦었다는 이유로 온돌방으로 배정해주시네요. 되도록 호수뷰보다는 숲뷰로 선택하세요. 호수뷰쪽에는 공용주차장이 있고 출입구가 있어 1층이건 6층이건 밖으로 다 노출됩니다. 2박3일 내내 암막커튼 치고 있었어요. 커튼 걷기만 하면 밖에 있는 사람들과 눈 마주쳤어요ㅠㅠ 시설도 많이 낡아서.. 정말 객실안에 들어가기 싫더라구요. 걸어서 보문호수를 갈 수 있어 좋긴했지만 다시는 이 콘도는 선택하지 않을것입니다. 후회합니다.

시설안전 확보 요청

숙박 중 1명이 침대옆에 설치된 사이드 테이블에 모서리에 부딛치어 이마가 찢어져 119(앰벌런스)불러서 병원가서 치료받음. 사이드 테이블의 모서리를 모나지 않게 처리하도록 조치해 주기를 요청.

경주월드 부근 가족들 숙소로 쾌적함

경주 보문단지에서 경주월드와 가깝고 일요일 모닝 부페도 있어서 좋았어요. 가족들 전체 여행하기엔 매우 좋았어요

아주 나쁘진 않았으나, 노후화 된 시설때문인지 샤워기도 이상했고, 중앙 난방 시스템을 갖춰서 그런지 저녁부터 계속 좀 추웠어요 뷰만큼은 좋았습니다 호수가 잘 보였어요

즐거운 가족여행

후기의 평가가 반반으로 그리 기대하지 않고 찾았으나 방은 그럭저럭 쉬기에 불편하지 않았음. 부모님을 모시고 가는 여행이라 조심스러웠으나 부모님 모두 만족하심. 원룸형태의 방으로 다소 방음이 되지 않아 복도의 소음이 들렸으나 큰 문제 되지 않음. 조식으로 찾은 식당의 직원분들이 너무 친절하고 가격대비 만족함.

편안했던 호텔

시설은 낡은편이나 전망이 정말 좋았고 바닥도 따뜻해서 집같이 편안한 느낌이었어요. 다시 방문하고 싶어요

보문호 접근 편리 직원분 친절 건물 연식이 많이 느껴짐. 층간 창가 소음이 좀~ 창을 바꿔야~ 침대 스프링이 좀 와닿음~

가격대비 만족.

1.호수뷰를 생각했는데 뒷산뷰를 배정받아서 뷰에 대한 평가는 패스 2.지하1층에 cu편의점이 있어서 편했어요. 3.지하.지상에 주차 공간이 많아 주차도 편했어요. 4.오래된 시설인걸 감안하면 방도 깨끗했고.침구류도 청결 했어요. 5.화장실은 냄새도 안나고 깨끗했는데. 다만 변기 청소를 놓치신듯. 물티슈로 닦고 사용했습니다. 6.보문호수 도보로 5분거리 맞아요. 근처에 식당.슈퍼.편의점.카페등 가까워서 좋았어요. 7.제일큰장점-보문호수 근처인데 숙박비용이 엄청 싼것! 시설은 근처 다른호텔 비교 하기는 그렇지만 가격이 1/3 이여서 ㅎㅎ 정리하면 가격대비 대체적으로 만족스럽습니다.

괜찮은 리조트 입니다

초라해 보일수도 있지만, 뷰도 괜찮고 룸도 좋았습니다. 퇴실시 분리수거 및 정리정돈, 비품의 분실 유무의 체크가 다른곳보다 엄격한 분위기 이지만, 직원들도 친절하고 편하고 좋았습니다.
