Eine wunderbare Unterkunft. Sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir waren im Appartement A10 zur Gartenseite hin mit Gartenanteil und nach Süden ausgerichteter Terrasse. Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer sowie voll ausgestattete Küche sind vorhanden. Im Bezug auf die Wohnung sind keinerlei Wünsche offen geblieben. Die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt, mit Spielplatz und Sportgeräten. Wir können das Appartement bedenkenlos empfehlen! Strand mit Bar/Imbiss und Promenade max 50 bis 100 Meter entfernt. Bei unserem Aufenthalt im Sommer waren der Strand und die Promenade sehr lebhaft. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern oder Partygängern; eher weniger für Ruhesuchende. Unterkunft und Strand sehr hundefreundlich. Hunde sind auf jedem Strandabschnitt willkommen. Wir haben die entspannte und freudige Stimmung in der Stadt sehr genossen. Alles nicht so verkrampft wie an der deutschen Küste. In der Nähe der Unterkunft sind 2 Kiosk fußläufig erreichbar. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 1,6 km entfernt. Kritikpunkte: Schlechte Parksituation. In der Anlage werden nur 11 Parkplätze vorgehalten. Rund um die Anlage herrscht Parkscheinpflicht von Mo-Fr. Tagesticket kostet 82 Zloty. Im Sommer bei gutem Wetter ist aber auch außerhalb der Anlage kein kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz garantiert, insbesondere an Wochenenden. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es in ca 1km Entfernung in den Wohngebieten. In der Umgebung der Anlage herrscht rege Bautätigkeit. Lärm haben wir aber nicht wahrgenommen.

Das Appartement (A406) war ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet. (bei 2 Personen) [2 Flammen-Herd, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Staubsauger, Fön, Waschmaschine (4kg), Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, kein Backofen!, kein Toaster, 3 Strandstühle) Keine Küchenhandtücher, dafür aber Spülmaschinentabs und Spüli. Balkon (Nordseite) mit eingeschränktem Blick (zwischen den Häusern durch) auf das Meer. Alle Appartements sind unterschiedlich eingerichtet. Mehrere Anbieter und Besitzer im Haus. Kein Tiefgaragenparkplatz, obwohl Drücker für Tiefgarage in der Wohnung. (wohl nur für Fahrräder) Im Haus sitzt auch die Verwaltung von Sun&Snow. Freundlich, aber nich überschwänglich... Spricht deutsch! Eine Zumutung sind die Wachleute/Hausmeister: keinerlei Deutsch-/Englischkenntisse, unfreudlich, nicht hilfsbereit. (Einer sagte lt. einem anderen Gast zu uns: "Wenn man nach Polen reist, sollte man vorher polnisch lernen") Gemäß der Verwaltung gibt es bei ihm den Schlüssel zu einem keinen Fitnessraum - wir haben dann nicht mehr danach gefragt.... (befindet sich im Erdgeschoss - Ausstattung sah ok aus) Wandern scheint in Polen nicht unbedingt gefragt zu sein. Keine ausgeschilderten Wanderwege. Reste von Beschilderungen (teilweise verblichen) enden oft im Nichts. Sehr schöne Strandpromenade!!! [Somit keine "Rundwege", sondern "hin und zurück"] Haus ist ca. 200m vom Sandstrand entfernt. Mehrere Fahrradverleiher in der Nähe, ab ca. 15 Euro pro Tag

Sehr nettes Personal und überwachtes Objekt. 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man die Ostsee. Parkplätze gibt es direkt an der Unterkunft und die Summen am Parkautomat stimmen nicht. Wer gut zu Fuß ist, ca 700 Meter vor der Unterkunft stehen kostenfreie Parkplätze zur Verfügung.

Saubere große Zimmer, top Lage

Perfekte Lage, 1 min zum Strand. Die Strandpromenade ist sehr schön zu laufen, teilweise durch den Wald.Kindern wird es nicht langweilig, es gibt ca. in der Mitte eine kleine Kirmes, Kindercasino,8D Kino,Spielplätze und hüpfburgen (auch am Strand). Eis, Waffeln und Souvenir Läden an jeder Ecke. Auch für Erwachsene gibt es genug Bars und Cafés zum gemütlichen sitzen oder Feiern.
