L’état général est correct. Les abords sont beaux, il y a de la place. L’appartement est complet. Ma seule critique concerne la moquette qui mérite d’être renouvelée.

Nette kleine Wohnung in einer großen Appartementanlage. Alles sehr ordentlich und sauber, gute Grundaustattung. Manches ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, z. B. die Couch und müsste ersetzt werden. Sehr freundlicher Service. Ruhige Wohnlage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Après 8h de route avec de jeunes enfants, nous arrivons 10min avant la fin de service de la réceptionniste. Très aimable elle m informe sur le fonctionnement de la résidence. Elle semblait visiblement pressée de partir. Je rejoins mon conjoint pour lui indiquer où nous pouvons stationner (parking payant 4euros). Nous partons découvrir notre appartement et là surprise le ménage n a pas été fait, les draps sont en boules. Il est 19h04 heureusement un gardien est joingnable par téléphone car plus personne à la réception. Le gardien ne connaissant rien au ménage et aux appartements disponibles tente de joindre un responsable. Au bout de 20min, il nous propose une chambre. Le gouvernant qui avait fini son travail arrive et s excuse. Il nous fournit le nécessaire car pas de drap ni serviette et fait les lits. Je ne sais pas si c'est parce que l'appartement n était pas censé accueillir de clients mais la clim était éteinte et de ce fait il faisait très chaud. Nous aurions apprécié un dédommagement quelqu'il soit

Lors de nos premiers jours dans l'hôtel, l'hotesse d'accueil nous à prévenu que les chiens n'étaient pas admis au 3 ème étage. Aucune information sur le site web ne précisait l'interdiction aux chiens au 3 ème étage. La cuisine de l'appart était beaucoup trop petite pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants, alors que cet appart était prévu pour 4 personnes. L'épicerie de l'hôtel était fermé le jour de l'assomption. Ca nous obliger d'aller dans le centre pour le petit déj. La seule fois ou nous voulions aller nous baignez au bassin des thermes, il était fermé par manque de remplacement de mettre nageur.

Appartement agréable, rien à redire au niveau de la propreté. Nuits silencieuses Restaurant situé à proximité avec du personnel très accueillant, très sympathique et qui s'adapte à nos goûts Seuls bémols : l'accueil se fait au niveau du bâtiment principal "les demeures de Borda". A notre arrivée nous étions aux "demeures de Borda n°2" mais on a omis de nous le préciser. J'avais demandé une place de parking en sous sol et j'en ai eu une en extérieur. Etant donné notre heure tardive d'arrivée cela n'a pas été possible de le modifier. La barrière du parking extérieur est restée ouverte la journée du samedi, pour les nouveaux arrivants soit disant. De ce fait quel est l'intéret de payer un parking fermé s'il est ouvert toute la journée ....

Probably wouldnt stay again..

The hotel were great at communication until they went home, arriving after reception hours we couldnt get hold of the out of hours caretaker, called hotels.com to help and eventually had to ask the restaurant to help find him. Once we found him he was great and was a big help. Room was spacious and they had made up the sofa bed for us in advance. The aircon was in the living room and not the large bedroom where it was needed. Good size balcony and kitchen had great facilties. TV didnt work much to disappointment of the kids. Restaurant was great, food and staff. Still cobwebs and spiders in the corners of the bathroom so not as clean as it originally looks, and i was bitten ten times on the leg (v large bites) by bugs in the night. We needed to check out early and no one was there at reception to help, so we left the keys on the desk and left.

Séjour d'une nuit : accueil très sympa au téléphone mais également sur place avec toutes les personnes de l'hôtel. Pendant la route l'hôtel nous a appelés pour nous indiquer le n° du gardien à joindre pour mettre notre véhicule et sa remorque en box. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et ont tout comme à la maison.Il ne manque rien. Calme et une très bonne literie, même le clic-clac du salon. L'accueil pour rendre les clefs était parfait aussi, nous reviendrons c'est sûr. Très bien pour une étape sur notre route ou pour séjourner à Dax

A good stay after all!

We booked the hotel in a first instance because it showed in the website with a pool, but when we got there around 17h30, it was already closed, until 14h the next day. It was a bit of deception for the kids... However, the people at the reception was really helpful and willing to help us! The apartment was clean and with everything to have a good stay.
